I can't thank G&S Construction for all that they have done for me this past year…read more I am a 67 yo widow who bought my 1st home without my husband. I naively trusted the professionals & others only to later discover (after the home closed) that there were major undisclosed drainage & foundation issues. I wasn't able move into the house for 18 months due to the major repairs that were needed. During this hard time, I was also diagnosed with a life threatening illness. I learned quickly how many shady characters are out there that will & did take advantage of my vulnerable situation. After many unnecessary & costly major repairs that did not fix my problems with the house, I was finally referred by my attorney Collin Bogener to seek the help of G&S Construction. I finally found the honest & caring people that I wished I had known about from the start. It's hard for me to come up with the right words to express my heartfelt gratitude & appreciation for G&S Construction. They treated me as though I was their own mother or grandmother. I felt a true bond & trust with Forrest & John & their crew. Good good people & a hard working team that earned my respect... they even helped me find my lost sense of humor. They made me smile & laugh again. I felt like God had finally sent his angels to help me. I can't thank them enough for their superior quality work & my beautiful new elaborate drainage system... the water just flows to all the right places & my home is dry & safe now. I love the rain again! Thank you my dear new friends Forrest & John!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire Advisor Construction team, from our first…read moremeeting at the Redding Home & Garden Show to the final project approval. We hired them for a complete master bathroom remodel: replacing a fiberglass shower insert with a stunning Sentrel shower surround; moving the toilet and the HVAC register from the weird locations the builders chose in 1976; and installing a new vanity, recessed ceiling lights, and exhaust fan. We also had them install the same kind of fan and lights in our front bathroom. William produced one of the most detailed proposals I have ever seen, and subsequent change orders were a breeze, partly because of the project management software system they use, but mostly because their personal communication is stellar. There were a few days that we also had other service professionals working in the house, which meant having to deal with a lot of moving parts, and all of this was occurring in the wake of having lost my father. Heather helped me manage the chaos, providing both professional and emotional support with incredible patience and kindness. I am not sure about the what or when of our next remodeling project, but I am sure about who: Advisor Construction!

Our installation was delayed due to Covid-19 and their inability to get the materials. Our install was scheduled for April of 2022 and was completed in July of 2022. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up each day after they were finished. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. We are overjoyed with the final project and so glad we decided to use Majestic Builders. We will enjoy our outdoor patio for years to come. We would highly recommend Majestic Builders and their team. Their work is top notch and the products are great! Janice and Mario
