Yeah he can get you approved for a mortgage, but provided us important information about our finances LAST minute so we then would need to scramble. Be expected to get talked over constantly, and constantly have different plans thrown at you causing confusion that he does not explain. We did a mortgage plus improvements, make sure EVERYTHING he says is written in an email and not just said over phone calls. This guy screwed us by telling us to get a high quote, once approved "nickel and dime them" then you can furnish your house with what money wasn't used. We trusted this guy and long story short once funds were to be released, that was not the case. When we called to ask him about this, the conversation got heated and he then said to my gf and I "it was a stressful time, we must not have processed the information properly" He would not let me girlfriend get a word in until she had to cut him off loudly, he did not verbally apologize until we stated we expect a written one from him.
