Overall, what you see is what you taste. * Zucchini w/ dab of tomato sauce on top: Very light and simple. Not much flavor from the sauce but I think the zucchini is meant to lead here. * Shrimp w/ avocado cream: Absolutely my favorite. Soft and sweet! * Bufula mozzarella: PERFECT temperature.
