But our contact information will be forever burned into their whack ass soliciting departments harassment list, apparently. We regularly get unsolicited calls, voice-mails, text messages and emails from this group, regularly. We have never used this companies services, and never will. I have called (multiple times) and asked to be removed from their solicitor call list, I have replied "STOP" to unsubscribe from their middle of the night text messages, I have emailed them multiple times begging them to stop harrassing me. It's of no use. They will forever fill my voice-mail box with their fake/friendly pre-recorded garbage about how low interest rates are right now. Team Patrick stood out as the best the Puget Sound area has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their clients. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are being sold in the area, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Ryan's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy/sell a home really paid off. Ryan walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Team Patrick to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

We wanted to buy a bigger home as we grew our family, and Matthew took the time to really understand our goals and what was important to us. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process and trusted Matthew to keep our priorities in mind. Matthew was patient and always in our corner throughout the search until we finally found the right home. He also went above and beyond after we moved in. Overall, we had a great experience working with Matthew and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Matt was upfront about whether he thought each suggested improvement would pay for itself, and actively advised against changes other realtors had suggested that he didn't think were worth it. He was always clear that it was our decision and also happily accommodated us doing some of the work ourselves. Because of his and his team's diligence we were able to hit our target list date, with a house that was shown in its best light. The local market had become more uncertain: markets were softening and a similar house down the street was sitting on the market after weeks, despite a price drop. We adjusted our intended list price (still within his initial range) and our expectations, but Matt remained confident in the home and how it would show. We got an under-asking offer early, and Matt went into overdrive to solicit additional offers. Ultimately we got a very attractive at-list-price offer, the house went pending within a week of listing, and we had a very smooth closing experience. There's always luck involved, but we expect that with most other realtors it would have more work for us to get the house on the market and the sale price would have been lower.

He made this stressful process comfortable. We looked for a house a few years ago, where he would point out specific details about houses and gauged what we responded to as well as how much work we would want to put in a house. Did not take long for him to understand what we were looking for. He had some houses lined up for our first day out, some that we eventually would drive right past as they no longer met our criteria. After losing out on a bid, we stopped looking for a house and moved into an apartment. Matthew never pressured us to buy a house, and kept in contact through our year at our apartment. We had new criteria, looking for a bit more of a fixer upper and told him what we wanted to do. Showed him a house we were interested in, and told him what we wanted to do. He was not afraid to shut us down, telling us our changes will not add to the value of the home. He did provide what he believed would be best for that house, and assured us he wanted us to find our best fit. That house was just not meant for us. We trusted him and believed he could find us a better home, and about a month later he did just that. Now we are in our new home! He even surprised us by showing up when we were signing documents! He has helped us get in contact with people to help with the renovations, and helped us prioritize which changes would be the biggest bang for our buck. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Matthew will be our go to guy when we sell our home and decide to start looking again in 10 years. For him, it's not about making the sale.
