I called the 'roast to go' number three times before somebody picked up. When they did, it was a receptionist who had no idea how to deal with my request for a food order. She informed me that the kitchen was extremely busy at this tome and that she would get chef to call me back. After a 20 minute wait and no response I called them once more. This time someone else answered on the second attempt. After once again explaining my food order, she informed me that they were NOT doing food deliveries today, (despite their website claiming otherwise) but they would accept a collection. I enquired as to how long that would take, upon which I was asked to 'hold on'. After a five minute wait she told me that I could now make my food order, but it it would be 90 minutes before I could collect! Bearing in mind that by this point 30 minutes had expired since my initial phone call, I told them not to bother. A TWO hour wait is simply unacceptable for a food collection order.
