When I asked my health care company why this was not covered they said because the claim did not come through as preventative. In other words the provider sent the wrong "codes". After several calls with healthcare and provider and sometimes both together at the same time. It was continuously determined that the provider continued to send the wrong "codes". I went around this circle for the better part of a year. Essentially went for basic care and ended up with a huge headache. I have never dealt with such incompetence. It was really bad. Also the care I received felt very generic as I don't believe I ever saw the actual doctor that runs the office, which would have been nice as a new patient. All in all a terrible experience that was stretched out over the course of a year. And to top it off, when I called to express my dissatisfactions as well as submit my final payment after all was said and done, they acted like they could not care less. Will never return to this office.

Dr. Wilson spent quite a bit of time examining my body structure and testing my strength and flexibility. My neck was tweaked and in pain which is why I went to see him. After the initial assessment, he made several adjustments, provided me with easy stretching exercises and said to come back only if I needed to see him again. I appreciated that he is ethical and wants his clients to find sustainable health rather than see him regularly if it is unnecessary. I'm a Physical Therapist - I'm all about preventative care, but some dentists go way over board because they can get more money from insurance companies. This office is fantastic! They offer exceptional care with high-tech equipment, but they are willing to make an individualized plan with each patient based on the patient's own history. If you only need a cleaning - then that's what you get! They don't force X-rays and 5min exams just to charge more money. In addition to all of that, while I was there I had my 11 month-old daughter with me. The receptionist happily took my daughter while I got my cleaning. When I was finished my daughter came back happily chewing a new toothbrush and had a cute sticker! This place is very family friendly and personalized with the care they provide!
