EVERY TIME. Apparently it is mandatory. It doesn't matter what time it is. They seem to get more calls than American Airlines. Once you manage to communicate you are faced with dissatisfied, lazy and aggravated women bothered by Your call. You practically have to beg for service. They make a lot of mistakes. Which forces you to call back and stand by again for 30 minutes just to ask a question. Even the address on all web pages is incorrect. I won't show it here because they don't deserve it. The next time you travel, consider walking or swimming to your destination. It would be a much easier and more enjoyable experience (and probably shorter too).
