Do NOT recommend! We used them for the 2026 Indy 500. Everyone was really nice and helpful the first night, after the race was over, zero communication! They got our money and were done! Below is what I tried sending to their customer feedback page, wouldn't go through, tried twice! Very upset with the bus situation on Sunday morning! Very unorganized! How do you not know how many people you have?! We tried getting on bus #2 as directed, only to find out all the seats were full. At least 7 of us had to wait for a 3rd bus to show up! Then, at the end of the race, we were all on the bus on time except for one couple, who were over a half hour late! Our whole bus had to wait on these 2 people that didn't think it was important to be there an hour after the flag. I would have LOVED to stay and see more of the celebrations! Provide us first timers, with all the information! We didn't know where to go around our hotel, could have used suggestions for dining and shopping. Didn't know about Carb Day and Autograph day, would have been really nice to know about that! Someone inside the park leading us around, letting us know where our seats were, easiest way to get to the pits, not just "find that tower and walk towards it". I was so jealous of other people being escorted around by their group! read more

Roadtrips is a sports travel agency based in Winnipeg. I've booked sports vacations with them many times including trips to the National Hockey League All Star Games in Vancouver, Tampa Bay, Toronto, Denver and Los Angeles. In addition I've used their services to obtain hard-to-find sports tickets in Atlanta, Washington DC and New York. When I first started using this agency they mostly specialized in hockey tours, but over the years they have expanded to include all major sporting events including the Olympics. Most of the tour packages include at least three hotel options based on your budget and the tickets that are offered are the authentic tickets printed by the sports venue or team and not some generic computer-generated ticket like what you would get from Ticketmaster or Tickets.com. There are always additional options that you can add onto your trips. I really enjoyed the All Star Game packages which all included a reception with Roadtrips staff and an appearance by local sports celebrities followed by autograph sessions and tours of other exciting venues in the host city. A Roadtrips staff member(s) is usually easily accessible in one of the host hotels to answer your questions. A one-of-a-kind gift was often included (in many cases autographed by a local sports legend) in the tour package. I imagine if I ever decide to attend the Indy 500 or a Super Bowl somewhere, I'll look to the friendly staff at Roadtrips first. read more

We used this company to book our trip to the soccer world cup in Qatar. They charged us each $21050 for what they claimed " five star" accommodation"!! unfortunately, it was not even a 2 star hotel. The hotel was rated as five star. The Dusit hotel in down town Doha but it's a run down hotel and very dirty. When we asked about it from the Road trip representative on site , she didnt do anything about but to apologize. We changed our hotel to Ritz and only then another representative from the company contacted us to offer a better accommodation but at that time it was too late we had already paid for Ritz for the duration of our stay and it was non-refundable. We did ask the company for partial refund for this, but they denied us. I also have to say that the seats for the game were fantastic and there is no complain there. read more

They charge VIP rates for poor seats that can easily be purchased for a fraction of the cost (literally) on any secondary market. For US Open, they set the rate and then tell you weeks later where your seats are and they were lousy for what we paid. Save yourself a lot of money and book your own hotel and buy tickets online. read more

As always, the Roadtrips experience was an outstanding one. My father and I have been traveling to the NHL All-Star Game with them since 2004 in Minnesota. The tickets are always amazing, but it goes beyond that. All of their choices in the host city, from the hotel selection to the restaurants, are top notch, while the customer service that hospitality that we get from Roadtrips employees is second to none. We will be doing business with them for years to come, and I highly recommend them for your next vacation! read more

Roadtrips always does a professional job and takes care of everything. I have traveled to two World Cups with Roadtrips, South Africa and Brazil, and the trips they put together are unparalleled. Additionally, their customer service is fantastic. They stay with you through the planning process, and during the trip. The game experiences are wonderful, but the trips go way beyond that. The excursions they put together for you are wonderful. We have done trips to other cities for Safari's, tours of the local attractions, dinner reservations at the top restaurants, and much more. They handle it all, and become experts in the area before planning trips. They also hire local talent to serve as hosts, tour guides, and suggest local attractions. That is wonderful as we found a hidden local gem restaurant near Rio while in Brazil. They go well beyond the sporting aspects of the trips to ensure that the overall vacation is absolutely perfect. read more

Roadtrips made my husband's dream come true at the World Cup in Brazil. Talk about white glove treatment! Every aspect of this trip was professionally and expertly handled from start to finish. All staff members were friendly and courteous. They couldn't do enough for us. Our VIP viewing room, complete with complimentary food & beverage, was over and above. I have highly recommended Roadtrips to family, friends, colleagues and clients! Next on my husband's list, The Masters! read more

I wanted to attend the Indy 500 for my 60th birthday, with two best friends, and found the company Roadtrips, Inc. online in hopes they could provide a first class experience.. I requested very specifically, that I wanted Stand E with a view all the way down the front straight. When I got to Indy, I checked out my seats on Saturday, and while we were in Stand E, we were so far away from what I requested, we could see none of the front straight! We let the on site hosts know this, and they refused to help us in any way. So, we hit the streets for three hours with the scalpers, and paid $1000 for the tickets we originally wanted. When we showed the scalpers what Roadtrips gave us, they laughed and said they would give us $10.00 for them! So the three of us paid $1300 for the flight, $7200 for the Roadtrips package, and another $1000 on the street. That's almost $10,000 for terrible, terrible seats! I cannot recommend Roadtrips to anyone. My trip was ruined, and they don't care!! read more
