My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. I pulled up 5 minutes before my appointment and they were ready. Took my keys and started working right away. They did a full synthetic oil change, replaced a broken lug nut, resealed my tire, and did a courtesy inspection. I was there for about an hour to an hour and 15 and the bill came to $165. Sherry at the desk was polite, friendly, made a personal connection with everyone who came in, and was able to print me out a summary along with detailed notes and a quote for future suggested services. They didn't pressure and seemed to genuinely care about what needed to be done vs. making an extra buck.

Terrible service and extremely mean employees. I had two tires go flat and when I called this shop…read morethey told me they had the tires in stock and could change them the same day. When I arrived at the shop, no one knew anything about tires or anything about my car showing up there. No one had any answers for me as to when or how my car was going to be fixed like they told me it would be. After waiting 30+ minutes, I went inside to ask about my tires only to be yelled & screamed at by employees threatening to "never have taken my car in" and "don't call their shop again". This is my FIRST time here. I was expecting a somewhat easy fix, but this has been absolute HELL. The workers are rude, mean, and have laughed at me multiple times for just asking basic questions about when my car will be fixed. Do NOT come here.
