Such a beautiful property! Peaceful, clean, well cared for with wildlife all around. The private shower suites are next level luxury. We've never seen anything like this at an RV park. Conveniently located close to WinStar and I35 but still so quiet and relaxing you can't hear anything. Easy to get in and out. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Stayed: March 11-30, 2025 Location: Road Runner Ranch RV Resort, Marietta, OK Owners: Michael & Jennifer Seeley We left this park early after repeated harassment, including a dog attack and aggressive behavior from a resident who we later learned was a personal friend of the owners. Despite multiple police reports and pleas for help, park management refused to intervene--and instead responded to us with hostility. It was clear the aggressor was being protected. We left for our safety and are still dealing with the emotional, physical, and financial fallout. Travelers deserve better than this. Please avoid for your own sanity. Highly recommend! Park was clean, quiet and close to WinStar but very peaceful away from highway. Beautiful deer in the distance. Brand new Individual private bathroom/shower stalls with hotel quality decor. Air conditioned on-site laundry facilities. Great wi-fi. Extremely responsive and friendly owners.
