I then scrolled to the top of the email and saw the confirmation number, so I called him back. He kept rejecting the call, so I left a voicemail under a different numeric option. Our spare was flat, and tow trucks can only take 1 passenger, which would have left my two toddlers and I stranded on the very dangerous interstate. He was the only taxi or shuttle service in the area, and as soon as I explained our situation, he immediately came to get us. There was no hesitation or question, and he came as soon as he could. He got to us within 20 minutes, and safely took my two little girls and I into Gainesville so we could wait for the new tires. He was so sweet, and immediately went above and beyond to help us. I hope to never be in that situation again, but if you're near Winstar and need a ride, he's the first person I'd call.
