There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The toilets typically sound like they are running. When I arrived, the cleaning was a bit questionable but about a third of the way through, they became exponentially better.

However, the dog park is constantly full off waste and despite there being waste bags, and can for dog piles as well as a giant sign on the gate that says you need to clean up after your dog, not to mention when you check in, the staff tells you you need to pick up after your pet and it's listed in the rules and newsletter dog owners have exactly zero respect for the rules. It appeared to be residents with large and multiple medium to large dogs leaving piles in the dog park as well as the walking trails. Dogs can get parvo virus, hookworms, and other diseases from irresponsible pet owners. So if you don't have a dog I would recommend a stay as it's in a nice area and easily accessible to many activities but if you have a dog, watch out for the abundance of dog waste.

There were a few bad apples but the owner has seen that those bad apples are no longer here. He's really great about maintaining what he has done and is working to do upgrades to the property and sites. Since moving here, he has expanded our site to house a 3rd vehicle, added gravel to level our site, added sod and built a covered patio. He's working towards everyone having one. It's not as fancy as some parks and doesn't have amenities like a swimming pool or a basketball court but we do have a laundry room and a storm shelter (very important). There are a few RVs that could use a spring cleaning or remodel but they are slowly moving away and people who take better care of their stuff are replacing them. The people here and mgmt make all the difference in the world. The price is fair and very reasonable.

The owner is extremely accommodating, welcoming, and kind. The location is beautiful and it is very close to many enjoyable activities. The food and drinks provided were delicious and the decor is so unique and charming. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved the outdoor sitting area on top of the 'Copper Can'. I can't say enough about how awesome this place it! We liked it so much we rebooked before we left the property !
