Left my bed not put back together . Took them 9 hours to move my one bedroom apt. Took them an hour to get to my new apt which was only a 15-20 min drive. At the end I was moving things in my new place.....the stuff I could lift. Started at 1pm and left at 10:30pm. Tried to charge me $1200 and change ... I certainly did NOT pay that and flat out refused. The most horrible and stressful moving experience in my life. If I could give -5 stars I would.

When the rain began to fall, he chased us down a hill into the river valley where we were taking photos (well over a block away) so my bride could have an umbrella and not ruin her hair and dress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I've been in other limo's from around Edmonton but these people are top shelf. I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

The first time we used this company was for a concert. The event ran about an hour behind schedule, which was completely out of our control. Our agreement was simple: the driver would pick us up after the concert, with no strict pickup time, and we would have the option to make a couple of stops on the way home if we chose. Instead, the driver continuously harassed us throughout the night, repeatedly messaging that he was tired and wanted to go home--even though it was only around 10:00 PM. The constant messages were so excessive that they disrupted our concert experience and even drained my phone battery. We ended up leaving early because of the pressure. On top of that, he told us we would need to give him a "good tip" if we expected him to make any stops. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Despite this, we gave the company another chance, hoping it was just a one-off situation. Unfortunately, the second experience was significantly worse. We booked the limo for a Post Malone concert and were clearly told we would be dropped off and picked up in the same vehicle, allowing us to safely leave our belongings inside. However, when we returned after the concert, our limo had been given to a completely different group--people who were not part of our party--because they had apparently paid the driver. We were then told we would have to pay $200 per person just to get back onto the limo that contained our own belongings. After making approximately 20 calls to the owner, a much smaller replacement vehicle was eventually sent. We were assured we would get our belongings back, but when we were dropped off, we were simply told "too bad." All of our belongings--including hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol--were gone. To make matters worse, the replacement bus was absolutely filthy. It was covered in garbage, including empty cans and used tissues. It was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or professionalism. This company took no responsibility whatsoever. There was no apology, no reimbursement, no discount, and no attempt to make things right--just a dismissive attitude. Based on these experiences, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable.

The bus is LOUD. The constant banging from the sign on the passenger side destination display is just absurd. Some padding (hell, a pool noodle would do the trick!) is cheap and would eliminate the problem entirely, and would be easy to hide. There's just no excuse for that much rattling for something I fixed by putting my finger there just to see if that would work: It did. The squeaking from loose seats is annoying, and coupling that in with the rattling from that sign for every bump and crack on the highway, I had to put earbuds in to drown the rattling out. Lastly: There are two check lights lit up on the dash. Why is maintenance not being done? Even if it's minor, how do we as passengers know that? My safety is in YOUR hands, it's what I pay you for. My life is worth something to me, even if it isn't to you. Fix your busses. There's zero excuses for engine lights and rattling and banging and squeaking.
