I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

We were able to leave our personal belongings inside the limo with every confidence that Kevin would keep our things safe for us. I believe there were at least 20 of us and we all fit comfortably. We enjoyed the rocking tunes on the bus, the massive amount of cup holders for all of your drinks and the fun interior lights! Thank you to the friendly drivers for getting us where we needed to be safely and on time! My only challenge was the height of the stairs - they're pretty high and especially with heels, they are a little hard to manoeuver. If you have sore knees you'll find the height tough as well.

I've always found that high quality road bike rentals are extremely rare to find, so this was a welcome service for me in Edmonton. In fact, this may be the only outfit providing road bike rentals in the city. Ben was highly professional and quick with leading me through the rental process. He went above and beyond my expectations, going out of his way to facilitate the pickup and drop-off as well. He also swapped out the standard pedals included with the rental bike with my own clipless set. The bike itself was a Felt Z95 and was in excellent condition. It included a tool bag, spare tube and pump that (thankfully) I never had to use! Based on my experience with their rental service, I have no doubt that their cycling tours (including one from Jasper to Banff) would be excellent also. Highly recommended!

We had a superb ride through this very scenic parkway and he suggested and accompanied us on great side trips or hikes. Making the e-bike available was very helpful and we cannot thank Ben enough. Either way, cancelling tickets after they've been issued to the public, and plans/trips have been made is so completely unprofessional. We moved from a condo into a house and it took 4 hrs 45 minutes with an additional stop to a storage location. It could have been 4 hours total but we got detoured with a free sofa that turned out to be awesome and now sits in our main living room! They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.
