He didn't have the proper paper work for warranty or insurance for me to sign. I asked him to come back 30 min after he left, to look at my washer machine - he was going to charge me the same amount for a 15 min job. It took 15 min for him to fix my drier and that's counting the arrival time. To pay another $170 on the same day, AFTER I told him my washer needed to be looked at when he was here is ridiculous. When I told him something was wrong with my washer machine, he told me to continue using it if the clothes were coming out clean. Cost $60 for service plus $110 to repair plus parts. When I got a little irritated with him he told me he wished he had charged me more money plus he told me I didn't know what it took for a repairmen to come out to do the work. Not the first time I had something repaired in my house. I gave 2 stars because my drier now works.

I called using the Yelp page, which I think is the easiest way to contact them. I believe their number is incorrect if you simply google them. However, it is correct here! The woman I spoke with on the phone was personable and ensured we had our appointment made. We had John come in to fix our Dishwasher and Oven. He did an awesome job and everything was fixed in no time. I'm very glad that everything was sorted out all in one night. I was super worried that it would be something unfixable. It came out to be about $600 for both appliances to be fixed. Very reasonable when you consider the cost of replacement! I would definitely recommend GoTech to anyone!

He fully explained what caused the leak and what the repair would cost. As the part needed to be ordered he rescheduled the return visit. We had to reschedule once due to a problem on our end and Dennis was very accommodating. Dennis went above and beyond in following up and in accommodating our schedule in order to complete the repair. We were extremely happy with his service and would have no problem recommending GoTech to others! The are definitely now our go-to company for appliance repair.

Now that the warranty is up I had no choice to but call someone myself. Called mayfield Francisco came by and like the others after kicking it around for a bit it worked but yet again 3 days later it stopped. Called Mayfield again and Francisco came back but this time went through ever thing starting with breaker to.. faulty fan switch attached to motor after taking it apart 4 times to find what the problem was. I now have a 8 hunder dollar general electric paper weight with a motor I can't replace how ever I am beyond greatful for Francisco because now I can stick it to GE and their bullshit half ass service clowns because I know for a fact after Francisco bypassed the switch proved what the problem was all along. Next time and every time I have an issue with an appliance im calling Mayfield and asking for Francisco. Thank you sir.

The price seemed reasonable, so I purchased it. When I got it home, it was clearly used as it had water in the drain line, the rinse aid reservoir was filled and many parts were missing. Most frustrating was the upper wash sprayer. Fortunately, I'm a handy guy and the one on my old unit fit. As did many other parts. I feel let down and lied to. This should have been sold as a used item. Buyer beware. Get factory sealed boxed items or maybe use a more honest store. This should have been prices lower as a used unit. Liars
