They have ample off road parking and a lot of stock. The strapping young fellows on staff are always keen to assist if you need some help and they all ride bikes to some degree so they know what they are talking about; you can tell this because they all look like bookmarks with shoulders and slightly spiky hair cuts that bounce back without getting all helmet headish. They tend to look windswept in a nice way. Most bike shops have a slightly odd smell because of all the rubber and plastic, and there's not much to be done about that, so if you get allergies or are a little put off by strong rubbery odor, remember to bring a handkerchief for the runny nose or sneezes (I'm just saying) because I often have a sneezing fit in a place like this on a warm day. Over all what can you say about a bike shop really? It is modern and stacked full of anything you may need including helmets, wheels, tires, pumps, reflectors, bells, hooter things to warn oncoming traffic of your impending doom, or their impending lawsuit. Parents with fat children should bring them here and introduce them to a life. No seriously - this is one of the best ways for kids to get around, a single big spend and you'll hardly ever need to upgrade your Xbox or Wii because they will be fit, healthy and playing outdoors not getting fat in their room playing computer games! I guess I have to thank them for their rude and condescending demeanour. I ended up with what I wanted and helping a small SA business.

My first visit there was a service, which was well priced and the bike performed well & even got a light clean. My second visit was to repair an unknown hub noise. They opened the hub, found nothing wrong and didn't charge me for it. Great service. My third visit was to buy 10 Continental unboxed road tubes for just $50. A bargain. Not all their prices are great so in terms of cost it's not a one stop shop. But....they're knowledgeable and friendly and they do coffee.

From trail bikes, to road bikes, the range is almost overwhelming. Then there are every kind of cycling accessory you could think of. From a range of 100 helmets to bike tubes, just an endless wall of extras. They also have a dedicated bike repair area. The staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable. This is where my next bike will come from.
