Arthur previously worked at CAA, so he knows his roadside assistance and goes over and beyond what CAA would do. I now have a new 3 year warranty battery, installed at my place in about 10 minutes. His car wouldn't even hold any oil so they were not able to run the diagnostic that it was originally getting towed for. Luckily the garage it was towed to saw this & called out the tow truck driver. They agreed to pay for the repair for the oil pan after the mechanic pushed for them to take accountability but refused to compensate my son for now having to be without a car 5 extra days & missing work because now they had to order a new oil pan due to THEIR incompetence!!!
