DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. IT IS FAULTY…read more We were so excited to have a new car wash in the neighbourhood. On the first sunny day, we immediately tried it out on our new truck but were HORRIFIED when our truck got stuck on the track in the middle of the wash. There was a car behind us and the track continued going forward as our truck was stuck and caused the car behind us to continuously smash into our bumper. This caused our truck to jump off the track and continue to cause more damage. The employees of the car wash scrambled to figure out what to do. They didn't have the proper gear to get our truck back on the track - they used rocks and a cone. It was tragic. We spoke to the manager on site and he let us know that they would repair our truck because clearly the car wash wasn't functioning properly. We then emailed the owner or higher up manager about the issue and he replied saying it was our fault and to call ICBC. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Apparently this happens with new car washes as they get the timing right.
