I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. His phone did not work and two weeks later Lex recents and says he'd never use the guy! Strange! Then they told me that the carport company they represent had changed their installation territory and that my address was no longer serviceable. I'll be living in this trailer for about a year while I have a home built and really needed help with repairs on my 1996 Fleetwood Prowler. Brian has been nothing but helpful, very accommodating, and has handled a host of problems, including installing a tankless hot water heater, installing a new furnace motor, installing a toilet where the flange had been glued in place but then cut making it impossible for me to install on my own, addressing loose faucets, and installing a new gfi outlet made almost impossible due to a very very shallow wall. He also installed a new faucet for my home made tub and resolved some electrical issues. I would highly recommend him.

Side table pulled away from the wall and had to be re-attached, shower door sliders never stay in and doors are always coming off the track, cabinet doors are always coming open, when traveling and the contents are all over the floor, bathroom door had to be reattached with longer screws, water tank level sensor is faulty and they need to cut through the bottom of the trailer to replace it. What a piece of garbage. I had a twenty year old Cardinal that had far fewer issues. I bought the Cougar new to avoid problems! Not!! Stay away from Keystone Brand RVs.
