Once again impressive for small town in Kentucky. The worker said he would also order any flavor of sheesha if I asked. Super nice. They have a well stocked Beer Cave with alot of odd beers you normally dont find in smaller towns. Both times we were there, we scored parking right out front. Literally two steps to the front door. That's convenience! I would consider this a convenient store, not a grocery store. Actually, even for a convenient store, the selection is super limited. They carry a few candies, sodas, chips, those sort of things, but the selection is slim. They have a cafe area and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are cheap. Both times, I got a salad. For $4.10, the salads hold a personal record for me, the largest salad for the cheapest price that I've ever paid. The chef salad: lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded cheese, ham and turkey. The meat was cold cuts, but they were deli meats. The kind of deli meat that they sell there by the pound. The next time, I asked for chicken salad instead of the deli meat, but I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken salad. I also bought a pound of pimento cheese. It was fantastic! The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't use gloves when they prepare the food and I watched as one went straight from working the register to the preparing food.

Apparently my concern over cigarette prices became such a major event that it made the "discussion with my husband " category. Glad to know I'm providing dinner table entertainment. Just when you thought you got along with people you find out they're talking behind your back. Also, if you buy a carton, pay attention and make sure they ring them up separately so the discounts actually apply. But tread lightly... asking about prices may get you labeled as a "problem customer." Humanity really turned "wanting the advertised discount" into a personality flaw. Fussing at me all the way out the door. I could even hear after the door closed. Maybe they got mad because I told them the other day that they didn't ring the cigarettes up right because she missed five packs of them and didn't charge it for them but I made sure they did before I left the store. What a horrible person I am My name is James so from now on when you talk about me over dinner you don't have to say the guy that complains about cigarettes anymore. Who would have ever guessed that asking the person running the register about the price of what they're ringing up with such an issue Since I'm such a problem customer I'll stop my 2 or 3 times a day day trips into your establishment
