When you go inside to claim your promised receipt, after waiting in line you are met by someone who directs you to the owner or someone who acts surprised and says that the failure of the printer to print is unusual and will be checked on. For me, needing to go inside to get my printed receipt really takes away from the convenience of stopping here for gas.
