We have big oak trees in the fenced in front yard and wanted to spend more time outside. Now we can sit under the trees on a spacious paver patio. Our dogs also love to sit on the cool pavers. Thank you Prestigious Pavers, you have my referrals to friends in the future.

We recently moved into a new construction home, and I wanted to get a quality epoxy/polyaspartic coating for our garage floor. I gave them a call and Greg K promptly picked up and answered the many questions I had about the process and quality of their materials. He was no pressure, detailed, and fantastic to work with throughout the process. I've worked with and hired many companies for various services over the years, and I can honestly say that I think my experience with Greg was the best I have ever had, and that's really saying something. Wow, was I impressed. Very professional, responsive, detail-oriented, went above and beyond on numerous occasions. I can't speak highly enough about him. Then there's the quality of the materials and installation. The process spanned a few days due to the number of coats they do, and man was it worth it! They were very detail-oriented and clean throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable as well, considering how many hours they spent with a couple guys each day. I'm very satisfied with the end result! I can't speak to their other services, but if you're looking for quality garage flooring in the Orlando or Clermont area, I highly recommend reaching out to them! And ask for Greg!

Update to our review of May 4, 2024…read more All the good things I had to say after Greg had his guys redo the poor first attempt at resurfacing our driveway last year went right out the window this morning. I first attempted to contact Greg via email to schedule the agreed upon annual inspection on June 4, 2025. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, he finally responded with a proposal on July 13th which detailed the work to be done at a cost to us of $500. We accepted the proposal that same day. Greg cautioned that he would schedule our work along with other jobs he had in the area, so there could be a wait - which was no problem for us. After hearing nothing for several weeks however, I asked for an update on August 25. He responded on August 28th that he currently had no projects scheduled for the "Deltona or Daytona" areas but would advise when he did. On October 7 he asked if "the next 4-6 weeks" would work for us, to which I immediately said yes, and requested a couple of days advance notice so I could power wash the driveway. Then nothing again for 8 weeks, so I asked again via email on December 7 for an update. Nothing again, so I called and talked directly to Greg on December 17. He was obviously surprised and less than happy to hear from me and arranged to come over on Monday morning 12/22 @ 9:00am to discuss the matter further. He arrived at 8:11 and apparently agitated about something. He then proceeded to tell me immediately that he wanted nothing more to do with us - that we were far out of his normal operational territory and that he simply couldn't afford to support us any further. After some back and forth in which I was trying to figure out just exactly what "maintenance" would be required to keep the driveway looking good, he decided to terminate the meeting by addressing me as "Look Dude, this is going nowhere . . . . . . ." - to which I reminded him I was not "Dude" to him, but instead "Mr. Customer." At this, he departed. I guess he might have thought a bit more about our meeting after leaving because I received a text from him at 9:15am directing me to contact him sometime after the new year, around 1/15/2026 - and not by email (verifiable paper trail?). And for what purpose should I contact Him? To get strung along for another six months? For some more surly treatment? No thanks. Bottom line - these guys are capable of delivering some incredibly nice work; but are equally capable of delivering some incredibly shabby customer service.

The salesman was able to work with our price and made sure we were happy with the situation. The next step is the hardest part, the waiting. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you)

However once the second payment was made (you know the big one) it was like pulling teeth to get him even to respond. After the base material was down and forms in place it took two months for him to actually pour the cement. I should have had a drain installed as the outer edge was easily a quarter inch higher than the middle shop floods every time it rains. Then he calls and said his check bounced for the concrete used to pour my slab and a lien was going to be placed on my home! After 10 months of continuous calls and texts most having no response he was finally able to get me paid so I could pay the bill my self. He sent a crew out to install a box drain the width of the concrete, honestly I think a child could have done just as good a job. It looks terrible and I still have water coming into the shop. This nightmare will never end let's go back to the day it was poured he shows up hung over and throwing up everywhere. His power trowel broke and he disappeared for a few hours. Probably missing the opportunity to have it be affective ( I don't know I'm not a concrete guy). Never prepared I actually had to go and pick up the drain segments myself and another trip to buy the couplings to hold them together. No generator unbelievable. If you value your sanity and have any hope of a job well done FIND another company as you will be disappointed. My dream shop is sitting on an absolute turd!! The girls in the office, especially Maria and Sylvia, were superb about keeping us informed and explaining every step of the way. I have to admit that because of the pandemic and shortages, they had not received the roof at the time that they expect it, and were not able to complete the project when they thought they would. This made us kind of nervous. But in the end, we were worried about nothing. They produced a beautiful screened lanai that we had wanted for a long time. They first sent a crew to work on the footers, and then it had to be approved by the inspector. Then we had to wait a good deal of time because the roof had not arrived because of the pandemic shortage. The wait was only two months. And it was unavoidable unfortunately because the roof materials had not been delivered to the company. we strongly recommend this business. Marcio Is the gentleman that came to our house to give us the quote and check up on things. He answered our calls and answered our questions promptly. Nilo and Augusto were The men that spent an entire day and a half building our lanai. They came in one afternoon at 1:30 to start the project and then the next day they came at 8 o'clock and stayed until 7 PM to complete it. Such hard workers! Beautiful job. But I must state again, that the woman behind the scenes, Maria and Sylvia held it all together for us. Calls and answered all of our questions and kept everyone in line. The very nice workers spoke Portuguese so I was unable to understand everything but all I needed to do was call Maria or Sylvia and of course Google translate and she would tell them what I said. So in the end everything worked out SUPERBLY! We LOVE our new lanai. We would recommend this company to friends snd family. M Ruthardt
