We had a horrible experience with Lisa down to her lack of actual help to what she promised to do…read more Her attitude was alarming and down right rude. I don't feel she is a business person at all. Yeah she rents stuff but we ordered stuff and at the last minute she would tell us we didn't order this or that. We would show her an invoice and she would automatically say oh there is a new invoice that reflect the new cost. We actually never got a complete invoice for credits etc. But Lisa got her money up front. She promises stuff she has no idea how to do it nor does she actually own the items she claims she has to rent to you. We caught her in numerous lies. We were just happy to see her go and will most definitely not recommend her and her family to anyone. Also Lisa there is no need to write a rebuttal because we all know it will be filled with lies The only reason you got one star is because you can't leave a review without one otherwise it would of been none. She is a real piece of work the wedding was six months ago and I was clear that no rebuttal would be necessary. Don't talk about my character worry about yours and your reputation ( I have a right to let others know that your service was horrible) Get over it !

Their website states that they are affordable, expert service , accountability and you can count on…read morethem . I will say the driver was amazing . Now here is where it gets me with the affordability. They started charging a fuel surcharge with out notifying us. expert service when the drive could show up was never consistent. Now here is where the biggest problem and issue is with this company . We paid our bill like clock work never missed a payment . So now that they are charging a 20% fuel surcharge on top of the service amount . We asked and next thing we know we get a call and they are dropping us like a hot rock. I will say I would shy away from this company at all costs. Office manager was arude and was so unprofessional and could not answer why we where never notified about the fuel surcharge fee . When I explained that I didnot like knowing about it but I understood due to fuel prices. An her answer was discontinuing our service due to they do not have a driver weather that is the truth or not . I believe it's a lie because we where asking legitimate questions and she did not like it and their answers to drop a paying customer . So people and business shy as far away from this company as possible. They are not affordable, expert service , accountability and you can count on them is all a bunch of lies.Look else were for your services
