From the very first consultation, the team was professional, Winnie is knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the process. She took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. What stood out most was their responsiveness and attention to detail. They were always available when we needed clarification or reassurance, and they treated us with respect and without judgment during a very stressful time. Their experience and strategy were evident throughout the case, and we truly felt like we had strong advocates fighting for the best possible outcome. Thanks to Alex Johnson's hard work and expertise, our case was resolved far better than we had expected. We highly recommend this firm to anyone facing a DUI charge. If you want attorneys and staff who are skilled, compassionate, and go above and beyond in their commitment to their clients, this is the team to call.

As others have said before, a Public Defender could do a better job. I would not spend one Penny with this guy. There is that time in a persons career where they have slipped and started a downward trend in their skills and in my opinion he is way past that point. Perhaps should have retired 10 years ago!

Sets appointments with you and then never shows up and calls a day or two later saying it was today. Doesn't take time to gather the information you ask him to gather to build your case. Acts like it's his first time in court for your case each time you go. Only asks you at court (cause that's the only time you'll see him) do you want to plead innocent or guilty? I ended up getting no legal help from him and just pled guilty and did my 2 days because he wouldn't do any part of his job. He's show up to court each time wearing the same old grey suite that was wrinkled. Looks like an old Alzheimer's patient turning around looking for something in the old folks home. I got nothing for $3,500 dollars other than him asking if he could cash the check now after I handed it to him. I even heard that the prosecutor and my ex were talking and they both wondered why I pled guilty when they had basically no case. I told my girlfriend they're only asking for 2 days in county; I been to jail...I ain't afraid to go back. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE GARY METRO TO REPRESENT YOU.
