I really…read morewanted a simple divorce, but it was impossible with a husband like the one I had (an abuser and narcissist). It was a very long four years of stress and grieve from this divorce, but she made sure to have the voice of my children and mine heard. I was in an abusive marriage (more so emotionally/mentally abusive) and it was very draining, my kids suffered and were traumatized more from it. She continued to speak the exact opposite of my requests each and every occasion we prepared for court. It is NO joke when I say the team at Chvatal Law will encourage you to fold on topics that will directly harm the children involved. Within my case my opposing litigate represented herself and stood at the podium and lied over and over again and was believed due to the fact hear say is allowed in Family Court her in Washington in addition to the extreme lack of defense from Pat Chvatal. Not one time did she defend my case or go out of her way to protect my children. On three separate occasions my autistic child has eloped under the care of the opposing litigate and not only did Pat Chvatal but also the commissioning judge Brandon Holt said these things happen.... If you research the statistics of death among autisc children when they elope it is at a stagerring 75-80% due to drowning. This was the first sign that something was NOT right within our family law justice system. DO NOT USE PAT CHVATAL AT ALL COST.
