I have run my own boutique and have done my own buying for the shop- Not to mention over 35 years of retail management and I just love the industry... so Customer Service is my #1 (greeting & acknowledgment), #2 the clothing and choices, #3 the follow up and service... OK and visual matters to me a lot as well. So all around this shop encompassed all of the things that I love to be in a store. They even got me i to the fitting room even though I hate trying clothes on and I always know what I want without trying on. They were not pushy, but also continued to show me things that I would not have seen. We spent a good penny, and would definitely be back !! I am so glad we turned around and did not keep going. The windows is what pulled me in! I do recommend Bandana and not to mention the paper was red bandanna! We're still scratching our heads about it. It was a horrible experience to start our Aspen trip at this store. Luckily, staff at the remainder of the stores in town were kind and courteous. I would highly encourage store management to view any video footage of the experience to help this individual with his customer service skills. The incident occurred on 07/22/19 around 5:30.
