All in all Decent store to shop in, if you choose to shop here.. From my observation, Generation Aspen provides children's clothing and outdoor wear, toys, games, books and stuffed animals. Thank god I was stopped by a few pieces in the window and called my significant other to come back. We entered and were greeted by a very attentive and polite staff . I have run my own boutique and have done my own buying for the shop- Not to mention over 35 years of retail management and I just love the industry... so Customer Service is my #1 (greeting & acknowledgment), #2 the clothing and choices, #3 the follow up and service... OK and visual matters to me a lot as well. So all around this shop encompassed all of the things that I love to be in a store. They even got me i to the fitting room even though I hate trying clothes on and I always know what I want without trying on. They were not pushy, but also continued to show me things that I would not have seen. We spent a good penny, and would definitely be back !! I am so glad we turned around and did not keep going. The windows is what pulled me in! I do recommend Bandana and not to mention the paper was red bandanna! So cuteness is everything to me and that made me feel special :) I have worn my awesome sparkly hooded sweatshirt five times already since I have left :) I have gotten so many compliments on it and asked where I got it from. Thank you

I really appreciated her warmth and customer service. But unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience the next day when an employee (I believe her name is Susie) rang up the item. She seemed so miserable and disagreeable; I could not understand why she was in a position where she was forced to interact with the public. I hope the owner realizes what kind of employee she has hired.

Puzzled by his glare, I asked him if there was a problem with us trying on the merchandise and I was surprised by his response, "you guys are playing." If there was a problem with the way we tried on the jackets, I wish his approach was kinder or at least professional. We really had no clue why he behaved that way. We're still scratching our heads about it. It was a horrible experience to start our Aspen trip at this store. Luckily, staff at the remainder of the stores in town were kind and courteous.
