Excellent hand bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories too. My friend and I bought several pieces on our trip to Aspen and will be checking the website regularly. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a pair of earrings for $85 and was so excited…read moreabout them. However, when I tried to put them on in the car, I realized they were too large for my earring holes. I immediately went back to the boutique to request a refund, only to be told that they don't offer refunds--just exchanges. I did look around and there was nothing else that I really wanted. There were no visible signs or notices anywhere in the store indicating their no-refund policy, so I asked if they could make an exception since I was from out of town. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee called the business owner while I was standing there and proceeded to discuss me in front of my face, saying things like, "Why didn't she try them on in the store?" First of all, I've never heard of trying on earrings before purchasing--not only is this unsanitary, but it's also incredibly unhygienic and unreasonable. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise thinking twice before shopping here!!
