The online inquiry process was seamless and even with a short notice I was able to get a response and invoice very quickly after my initial request. Communication was great, I had questions about the layout and was recommended on what we could do with the space that we had and everything worked out perfect. Raul is very knowledgeable about what makes most sense and the best ways to organize your tables for your events. I would highly recommend including set up & pack up with your request as we didn't need to worry about packing up the chairs or tables, they came & took care of it. Overall, it was great price for the time, labor, & quality of rentals. We considered buying chairs + tables but this is definitely the more affordable and convenient option and I'd highly recommend working ayon party rentals for your professional corporate events, personal family and friend events, or even public community events. Their professionalism and seamless service is appreciated and we will definitely rebook services for our future events. Thank you!!

    Absolutely Amazing!!!…read more Let me begin by saying that the level of service provided by Moh and Farrah is the best my wife and I have ever recieved. From beginning to end, we always felt that we were in good hands and felt like we were in the company of family. After searching for a couple of months for a decorator that knew exactly what my wife and I wanted for our wedding, we stumbled upon Prime Party Rentals on Yelp. From the very beginning the experience was different from other decorators. They listened to our ideas and also expanded upon them to make them even better! Other vendors pushed us to change our ideas in favor for something else, but Prime Party Rentals always put our wants and needs first. Moh and Farah were always communicating with us and were able to accommodate us even on short notice. They helped us pick the perfect flowers for both of our venues and even came up with a theme that was so special to us, birds. We had beautiful bird cages, elegant peacock feathers, and lighting with a feather pattern. At one point, the coordinator at our venue was not working with us with a few things, one of them was timing of set up and tear down. That's when Moh and Farah stepped in and spoke to our venue coordinator for us! Not only did they speak with our venue coordinator but they were able to get us more time for set up which relieved so much stress for us. Everything was perfect and beautiful at our ceremony and reception. Our guests are still talking about it till this day! We recieved so many compliments on our decorations, one of our favorites was, " Wow this is like a wedding you see in the movies, it's a royal wedding." We can't thank Moh, Farah, and Prime Party Rentals enough for everything they have done. Not only did we have the wedding of our dreams, but we gained two new family members as well.     When my partner and I were planning our wedding, I was clueless to so many things because I haven't…read morebeen to very many weddings myself. How was I supposed to know what my "dream wedding" would look like? There were so many things to think about and even with most of our vendors in order and a wedding coordinator by our side, it still seemed like a never ending to do list. Our wedding planner suggested that we meet with Moh at Prime Party Rentals so he arranged our first consultation at his office. I was so over the planning process at this point that I was ready to just accept whatever he was going to put in front of us, just to get it over with. However, the meeting was quite different than I expected and we actually left feeling excited. Moh had a general idea in his head of what he could do with the event spaces, but he knew we had our own ideas and were conscious of budget. Unlike the other folks we spoke to, he didn't want to come out the gates pushing his ideas so he conducted more of an intake process. He immediately gave us the floor to give him an idea of what we were looking for and asked a ton of questions to get a pulse on the way we felt about the big picture stuff down to the smallest details. When we weren't sure or asked for his input he had so many great anecdotes to exemplify what he was trying to suss out. Before he walked us through his massive showroom (the fun part!) he briefly introduced the theme that he came up with from our conversation that hour. It was exactly in line with our tastes and was tailored around enhancing the strengths of the venues. When he called it the Gardens of Versailles, it was at that moment that it was no longer a long list of to do's, we could finally envision what our big day was going to look like. At the risk of sounding cliché, it truly felt like we got our dream wedding thanks to Moh's creative and thoughtful design. He tended to every detail, no matter what changes we through at him. His rental rates were pretty competitive from what our other vendors would have charged. He was extremely responsive, flexible when we had feedback, and overall very fun to work with. If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area and looking for a wedding to remember, Moh is your guy.

Rachel arrived on time, had an impressive setup, and maintained a warm, friendly demeanor throughout the event. Guests thoroughly enjoyed the treats, and her thoughtful touch of providing bags for attendees to take goodies home to their kids was especially appreciated.     If I could give more stars I would. I had been tasked for an event we were having at work to find a…read morepopcorn machine. Naturally I hopped on here. There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. Impressing 200+ attorney's is quite a feat by the way, and the popcorn did it..lol! Thank you Sparkle for your professionalism, your promptness and your patience. There was a little back and forth there for a minute but Rachel never made me feel like I was a bother. She always responded to me in a timely manner and made everything go seamlessly. I will make sure to recommend and use Sparkle again for future parties.
