The appointment went way too long. I came to get an alignment and two tires replaced, and I was told it would be an hour and 40. It's been over 2 hours and I'm still waiting. Now I am not able to do other things I was planning on. read more

Went to several dealers to upgrade my tires and wheels on my jeep. The whole team was knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Jason and Efrain were great to work with along with everyone else. Had to order the wheels but they got them in pretty quick and took care of me on the day of installation. I went to buy some rims for my car that I needed urgently. The salesman assured me that they would arrive in two days. As two days passed, they didn't notify me. I returned to the store on the 4th day to see what was happening. The rims weren't there. When I wanted to cancel them because I couldn't wait any longer since I had a trip, they told me that if I wanted the money back, I had to pay for shipping. They charged me $64 for shipping for something that never arrived. If the salesman had told me that it could take more than two days, I wouldn't have bought them. Terrible service. read more

BEWARE. Bought tires from them 2 years ago and just had a blow out in the interstate. Went to tire kingdom and the gentleman asked me when I purchased my tires and I confidently answered 2 years ago and he gave me a serious look and said "these tires are 8 years old" which means at the time of purchase this company sold me 6 year old tires. I had my 4 month old baby with me and just can't help but imagine how terrible this could've ended. No one mentioned to me the age of the tires or anything, they were dry rotted on the inside. I made an appointment for RNR to break the bead on my rear passenger side tire to clean it of rust or debris so it would get a good seal to keep the air from slowly seeping out. The attendant called me about 45 min later to say they could not find an issue with my tire, but there was a nail stuck in the sidewall of the rear drives side tire. I told him they were not supposed to be performing a flat tire repair as I had already told him that was not the reason or concern for the appointment. He said to me that he didn't have time to purposely put a nail in my tire. I had already performed a walk around inspection of all my tires when I pulled up for the appointment. When I arrived to pick up my Tahoe the attendant said to me I didn't put a nail in your tire as I had stated to him on the phone that none of my tires had nails, screws or any objects stuck in them. I took my keys then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the tire in question. As I had stated and already knew there was no nail stuck in the sidewall of any tire. This person possible acted alone or in cahoots with one of the techs to lie and make a false claim that my tire had a nail in the sidewall meaning i would new to replace the tire, because an object in the sidewall of a tire is not repairable. A new tire would been upward of $250 for my 2017 Tahoe with 22" rims. This guy and possible cohorts were attempting to fraudulently attempting to take my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of SW Florida as well as the Attorney General of Florida. read more

Staff were friendly but they say 30 minutes to an hour for tires and rotation but it actually took 2 hours. When making the apt they had me pay $50 which I thought was a deposit but turns out it was a shipping fee to get the tires to the store. Seems pretty scammy that's not just a cost they write off, no other tire stores charge shipping and it definitely was never communicated to me. read more

After getting off on the wrong foot initially (on my first visit, the sales guy blew me off and never followed up with me), things worked out pretty well. Due to a mishap, I really only needed 1 rim and tire, but after further evaluation and discussion with the wife, we decided to replace all of them. After a couple weeks of research and visiting several rim dealers, I decided to return to RNR. Even thought the first impression wasn't great, they were the most professional appearing and have a few different locations, financing, and new and pre-owned wheels. This visit I was lucky to have the store manager (Jason?) helping us. He was very customer service oriented and friendly. No hard sell at all and was very informative. Gave us simple to understand options. We ended up spending about 30-35 minutes in the store. Jason didn't rush us at all even though the store was briskly busy. We decided to process all the info over lunch and get back with him, which was no problem for him. We didn't actually get back to him until the next day and they were swamped. I just left a message for him that we would be in first thing Monday morning. We got there just as they opened so were the first customers. Wife was on a time crunch so Jason shot through all the paperwork (if you finance there is a TON of stuff to read and sign) while explaining everything fully. Didn't try to upsell us on anything. Process took about an hour. He said my truck would be complete by 1pm. No problem. Well, at 115p I get a call saying they are short handed but the truck would be done by 3p. I was disappointed but said ok. At 320p I called them. The sales guy was like "Oh it will be ready in about an hour.". Not acceptable, so I talked to Jason. He apologized profusely and said it would be done in 20 minutes. He called me in 10 minutes and said Uber was on the way to pick me up. My truck looks AWESOME. It rides great! I get compliments on my wheels all the time now. Overall, a good experience with RNR with some minor glitches. I'd still recommend them. read more

Brought my car in for an alignment. Gentleman behind the counter said there's a 30 guarantee. I drove down the road and all seemed good but I thought the wheel seemed a little crooked. No questions asked they got me back in as soon as I turned around so they could address it. I'd recommend anyone to go here. Very professional, friendly, easy to work with. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our salesman sold us wheels that wouldn't fit on our car, picked out something different. Then we're told it will be about 2 hours for install, so I sat and waited with my newborn. 5 hours later we got the car back. It was shaking pretty bad. Brought it back in to have them re-align it on 2 separate occasions. Brought it somewhere else and found out the rotors were a little warped and that was causing the shake. Now we're nearing the end of our 6 month agreement and they're telling me we have 13 days to give them $1000 or the loan amount increases from $1600 to $3200! When I signed the paperwork, I told the salesman we needed the biweekly payment amount to equate to the payoff amount within the time frame. They've only been taking the minimum and didn't take care of it, like they assured me. The gentleman in accounting is giving us a 2 week extension to come up with the remaining balance or we're going to end up paying hundreds of dollars more for the same thing because of their mistake. This has been a NIGHTMARE. Never again. Take your money somewhere else. Don't waste your time. read more

Hands down RnR (N. Washington Blvd.) is the best. Clean store, nice little waiting area where you can have a complimentary beverage while you wait. Ive spoke/worked with Jason, Barry, Efrain, & Eric...They all take the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions you have. I had a problem with a broken stud and they fixed for me. split the cost 50/50 when other place were trying to over charge for the same thing. This place absolutely sucks I called to setup a time And date for which I could get a set of MT tires, they told me they didn't have them in stock and could order them, I was under the impression that the 5 brand and model specific tires were on the way and we scheduled an installment time as well. Over the phone a deposit of $20 to confirm the order was made as well. Come the day of installment I walk in to find out they ordered the complete wrong tires and didn't even have my order on file with my deposit. Now He told me he could order them as I was standing there in the store (Thursday) and they'd be here the following Monday. Bought rims and tires from them. I went into the shop area as they told me to. I asked would they hold my original rims until I can pick them up since I'm disabled shot in the head disabled and can't lift things. The technician told me he would hold them for me until I come to pick them up. The sales associate did nothing but argue with me about the situation. Avoid this place at all cost they will treat you with horrible customer service and over charge on items they sell to you. Im filing a complaint towards to the Sarasota company due to all this.
