I have been a valued customer for almost 5 years with RNR Tires. I've even recommended RNR Tires to my female travel nurses to purchase dependable and reliable tires. But the way RNR tires in Bossier City, La texted me today. I was horrified. I have never in my life been dehumanized but to receive this treatment via texted is absurd. My account was 6 days late. The Account Manager sent me threatening text messages and even SENT me a Picture of SOMEONE ELSE'S Drivers License via Texted to prove that they had the correct person. When In fact they did have the right person but the WRONG Drivers License. Wow! Glad I don't commit identity theft. I phoned the facility to speak with the person or persons sending the text with no avail. I am mortified that people can carryon this way in a professional business. I definitely will NOT recommend any of my colleagues to this establishment ever AGAIN! Came in for a tire alignment since they offer a groupon for $55. I went, they checked my 2014 Camry and only aligned the left front tire, and SUDDENLY my LEFT FRONT BRAKE makes a harsh sound when braking... I tell them whats happening, I take them in for a check up, and they say that I'm lying and that I had an issue with the brakes before taking the car there. Mind you, I only came for tires alignment, my brakes were fine before, so they basically damaged my car, and what I thought I was going to SAVE with the groupon, now I have to spend money on the brakes. Do not take your car here or give them your business! Absolutely the worst tire shop I have ever been too. Their customer service is horrible. I had an appointment for 11:00 I showed up at 10:30 they didn't touch my car for two and a half hours until I walked up to the counter and asked what was taking so long. Then after they finally pull my car in the employee tried to lie to my face saying I needed new tires that mine were worn down to the ware bars in the center and insides of my tires also that my tires were cracking... well none of that is true. the employee even said "we don't make any money off of the Groupon alignments" I'm a broke 24 year old and i was so excited to find that Groupon to get an alignment. I can't afford to buy new tires I'm trying to buy my 2 year old daughter Christmas presents. Because I didn't buy new tires they wouldn't even do the alignment or balance and rotate my tires. Amazing! Our car broke down on the way back to Miami and Jason waited for us right around closing time to come in so he could change our tire. He did it in 10 min and didn't try to take advantage of us when we asked whether we needed the other three changed too. Great service! read more

They only got 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. Horrible customer service. Even worse corporate office. They took money, had an employee set up a deal and then when he was let go they did not honor what was already agreed upon, paid for and receipts to show it. I wouldn't trust these people with my money because I've heard I'm not the only one they ripped off. I lost so much money and even though the employee told them what the agreement was they still didn't honor it. Worst company ever. Save your money and buy elsewhere. We came here at around 5PM yesterday (Friday) which was apparently around the time their warehouses closed. We were needing a set of size 19 tires for our Santa Fe. Due to our Disney schedule, I would be working a handful of double shifts Sat thru Tuesday, and then leaving early Wed morning for an out of state road trip. Knowing this, Dave made several phone calls to try to get the tires in that same evening, with no such luck. However, he offered to have an employee drive from this shop to my office in Celebration (45 mins each way) to pick up and drop off my car so my tires would be taken care for me. I was absolutely blown away by the above and beyond generosity that they offer. I have never seen or heard of any other garage offering this type of service. Dave, thank you and your team for your over the top service and quality tires. You absolutely cannot be beat! Went in to have an easy nail removed and repair done, after just leaving another tire place that saw this as an opportunity to sell me a new tire. Very good service here and everyone working there has strong sense of urgency. I was ready to drop off and come back for an easy repair they had had me in and out. I will defiantly use them for future tire services. read more
