Buyer beware! As you can see from the other reviews of RNR Tires, this is a terrible store -- incompetent, manipulative, dishonest, and shockingly dysfunctional. I have been forced to buy 7 (!!!) wheels for my 4-wheel car. I have experienced two blowouts within 8 days from wheels purchased here (one on July 3 & the other on July 10). Jack, who calls himself the manager, promised me a shipment of two wheel replacements, for a specific price, from California. That was yesterday. Today he called me with a significantly higher price; says he can't get the wheels without the extra money. My car sits in the parking lot of another dealership, towed there, undriveable. I have no other transportation available to me! Jack refused to give me the name of the company's (RNR's) president; he hung up the phone on me. Avoid this company like the plague! Groupon Scam! Dishonest company! Does not provide services agreed upon Very long post- must read before you visit. Bought a Groupon for tire rotation, balance and alignment. Arrived for my appt and employee was very friendly, I explained my steering wheel was shaking badly and hoped they could help. . He reviewed all of the services that came with the Groupon and I took a seat to wait. Her told me about 45 mins for service but car was done within about 25. Yay! Faster than expected. There was no discussion of any problems with the car or what services were - or were not- completed. -- keep reading, I'll explain. I take car and drive off. Steering wheel still shaking badly so I call mechanic and schedule a visit to find the problem. Mechanic says I need tires immediately as mine are separating (pics attached). I'm confused- as my tires were just rotated less than a week before. Surely a TIRE shop would have noticed than and tried to sell me tires. It was not something you could miss if you took the tires off. Called store- employee tells me ""sometimes we don't rotate and balance bc it could make something worse."(hoping I would buy his lie and go away) No offer for me to come in or to refund money. Mechanic at tire store- your a very lucky lady+ as he shows me the tires. (Pics attached) there is metal showing -LOTS of it. The was even a nail in one! So- obviously my tires were not rotated - which was part of my package. I really feel they did nothing at all to my car. - take a look at the tires they let me leave there with. I had to buy four new tires. Which I would have bought from them had they bothered to try and diagnose the problem I went in for ..... Dishonest! I have always loved and taken care of my cars including taking my car to this place at least every 6 months to be serviced after allowing them to sell me these rims and tires, But, If I could give RnR a zero I would. I initially ordered rims and tires for my 2019 and they gave sold me 20's after me waiting for weeks for over a week and telling me that the wrong size came in. I accepted the 20's. Little did I know that they were causing a problems over time with tires blowing out every 2 months. They did not tell me until 2 years later that a longer camber bolt was needed, They said they couldn't do the work and sent me to the dealership where I paid more money then which do not do aftermarket work. At first the assistant manager seem to have the answer and found a solution, but then Wayne the fast talking lying regional manager decided to get involved and calls me promising me a fix. He even said, I promise you we will be friends when this is over. After lingering me on for weeks of back and forth he finally sends me an email that he would NOT be fixing the problem that they created in the first place. Ruben Navarro is top notch! Right here before Christmas, I had to drive my husband's Dodge Magnum for the day. It felt funny to me, as to how it was driving. I went to Dodge to get a new air bag and they told me the front left tire was bad. I left and went to RNR for help. Ruben put me right at ease. My blood pressure was through the roof! He went out to check all of the tires and he discovered, somehow the car had two correct size tires and two incorrect size tires(my husband bought them elsewhere)! So, I told him to go ahead and give me four new tires. I left, because they had to order four tires and came back at 3:00pm. I am already home now! Perfect customer service with this business. This was our second time there with the Dodge & I bought four tires three years ago at Christmas time. When you don't have the funds up front, you can finance for 120 days. I called as a courtesy and he was not only rude but called me an idiot as well. He should be FIRED immediately. I simply wanted to call and make a payment in two days as my account is past due and i am out of town. He didn't even let me ask a question. DO NOT rent tires from these people. the saddest pieces of crap i have ever seen. I almost never write reviews but this was more than necessary. They will be paid in full ASAP. This review is to let prospective buyers know what to expect from this company if an issue arises with any wheels you might buy. Always keep in mind "Let the Buyer Beware". I purchased 4 Bigg Boss 20 inch rims for over $1,300 and after 12 months and a couple of weeks the chrome started flaking off. Upon calling the manager about the problem he informed me it was past the warranty of 12 months and refused to discuss it any further. I asked if he would contact the factory and see what they might do. "No can do" was his response. "OK" I replied, then at least how about I bring them over and get them buffed out? He refused. In fact he was very curt to me and said "I was on my own....sorry". So, keep this learned experience in mind if considering buying wheels here....or, better yet, there are plenty more places to buy wheels that might be more willing to work with you on any problem / issue that may come up. I suggest you do a bit of research on the internet before buying. A little research might save you a LOT in the end. read more

If I could put no stars I would! Very bad decision to deal with this company! Decided to change my mind on their product and instead of respect my decision they sarcastically mocked me about what I should do. So, after taking off the rims, they going to tell me that they can't put my tire sensors back on..but you took your rims but don't have time to put my sensors back on. Had me make an appointment for tire sensors..sensors that are in the stem valve and takes no time to put back on. Once I got there for my appointment they forgot that they had my sensors still in the rims..and then proceed to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do it today. No call to let me know no nothing..after getting corporates number and refusing to leave without my sensors they decided it could be done today. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will forever speak against them to everyone that ask! Poor customer service and horrible company read more

These guys can't keep their story straight. Just before Christmas, I was going to purchase tires for my wife's nissan rogue. After they were unable to keep their word and their promise on an appointment I offered to cancel my order and do business elsewhere. A man named Cedric apologized and offered to "take care of me" due to the inconvenience and time wasted. He quoted me 1,000.00 on wheels (used) and new tires. I was also informed that the plan offered 120 days same as cash. That would roughly be 250 a month for four months right? No. I was informed that even though I paid 260$ for the first month I still owed close to 900.00 to pay them off. So today I paid them off and refuse to do any more business with them due to the fact that nobody could explain this much less take a payment that would "keep your weekly payments" not due for a month. This place is half way and there are only two employees interested in helping anyone. Jerry and Cedric thank you for your help. The rest act like they have no clue what they're doing. When I requested a Mgr call me to explain this whole confusing thing..no call, poor customer service, however when they believe money is due to them they mysteriously remember your number. Go figure? But there is no customer service, nobody to answer questions or concerns. This place lost A LOT of money today when I paid my contract off early and not with tax time baller money, hard earned cash. This place has the WORSE customer service ever!!! If there is a issue they do not notify you of anything until you are late. They do not give a proper alignment at all. Don't even think they can. Rude and I cant stand coming here. The only female in there is rude along with the manager. I hate this place literally and advising everyone not to come here because of this. read more
