If you can't afford the wheels or tires don't buy them they always answer the phone, and even when busy they will always be nice and work with you! The sorryest place ever for customer service & getting run around is all I seen. Who puts a different size tire on other than your request without any reason but there own. Then want to dispute what the factory tag recommends & took off that very size.what happen to the customer is right ? So the SUV would not respond to the tires they choose & it only took 2 days & 4 trips to get what was asked to be done. If you purchase from these people. Employees will tell you one amount to pay monthly, BEWARE that is on a 4 week month, so you get screwed on the 5 week months ( which THEY DO NOT TELL YOU) with 105 balance the charge you out the ass and if you try paying monthly installments to pay the interest, they add all kinds of charges that were in the original purchase price. They add additional 99 for rotation another service charge, taxes ( all was included in original purchase price) so you never get them paid off. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Absolutely unprofessional!! one of the salesmen had a friend at the counter. he had both hands down his pants, playing with himself and talking vulgar. I told the salesman that I had cash and wanted the Ballistic 972 rims. he said he could order them but then proceeded to show me picture after picture of rims that he had in-stock until I finally got mad and left. Get rid of the PERVERT at the counter and tell your salesmen to LISTEN TO THE CUTOMER!!!! I will buy rims at California Customs monday morning. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RNR TIRE!!! Had my first experience with RNR Tire today while I was out of town in Fort Smith. I had a double tire blow out, had never purchased tires before so I was oblivious to what prices should be, out of town and had to get back home (2 hours away), and my roadside assistance landed me at this location. While they had great customer service, their prices were OUTRAGEOUS!! After I got to my husband, he researched the exact brand tires they gave me, an off brand Nexen, and they range anywhere from $75-$95/ Tire. When I told my husband RNR charged me $393 for two tires, he was livid and I can't blame him. That means I got two tires for the same price I could have bought 4 of somewhere else. Not only that, I asked that they put the two new tires on the front and the older tires on the back... they put the two new tires on the same side and put my blown out tires in my trunk (I guess they thought that's what I meant by the old ones in the back even though I was very clear of what I meant before I left there to finish my trip while they changed the tires out) When I brought this to their attention, instead of fixing their mistake and rotating the tire placement, they just took the blown tires out of my trunk. I can't even begin to express how upset I am with this interaction and how many places I will make sure to post to warn people NEVER TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. Quite honestly, I'll never go to an RNR in general due to this being my first experience at any location. read more

my experience with rnr has not been a good one at all,,,the accounts person is very unprofessional,she yells and threatens, not a way to talk to someone. the owner really needs to consider replacing her and getting someone that can talk to people. plus when a arrangement is made with the manager of the company, then it should be honored. read more
