Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I went into the office and asked if someone could look at it and that it was kind of an emergency because we were already too far from home to turn back but also did not want to drive into the mountains with any doubts. The mechanics looked at my truck without hesitation, diagnosed the issue as bad brakes and rotors. They immediately had the part delivered and installed within a few hours. Terrible service and terrible communication…read more I brought my van in for service and was shocked to find out they had installed a new tire costing $195 without my authorization. Their explanation was that they had tried to call me. Even if that's true, they called from a personal cell phone number and never left a voicemail, text, or any other message. How am I supposed to make an informed decision about a repair when nobody actually speaks to me or leaves a message? Instead of waiting for my approval, they made the decision for me and charged ahead with the work. To make matters worse, the service manager acted like it was somehow my fault that I didn't receive their communication. It's hard to receive a message that was never left. No voicemail. No follow-up. Nothing. A reputable shop gets customer approval before performing non-emergency repairs, especially when those repairs come with a nearly $200 charge. The lack of communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude from management made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I found this business untrustworthy and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Even Pep Boys would be a better choice, and that's saying something.
