The prices are a little steep but when it comes to gymnastic you kind of already have to assume that you are going to be paying a good amount of money. There is ample seating to sit and watch the children during class (whether they are in the large gym (next to the office) or in the back gym (the smaller gym that you can see from the cafe)). The parking lot is in two sections (the lower lot as you come in off the street and the upper lot) and is large enough for all the vehicles. Class sizes are small to medium. Classes seem to accommodate all age and skill levels. The instructors are all kind and patient with the kids who seem to range 1.5 to 18 years.

They are fantastic and caring, and it is a testament to the staff when the last day a child has camp, they hug the counselors and some of the kids get teary-eyed because they loved camp so much. I would recommend GLC any day. They are wonderful there. Thank you so much everyone for the great staff and dedication you have to your students and campers.

We've always been impressed with the meticulous management of this small business and how much they get to know and support each client family. They've shown fortitude through the COVID-19 pandemic and we're happy to be back in the gym with the additional health and safety measures they've instituted. Most recently we are thrilled to discover the School's Out summer program. Our daughter faces challenges with transitions and she has loved this experience since she completed the first day there! We highly recommend Kartwheel Kids.

At one point, we had over fifty kids running around in the one gym and there was still room for plenty more to roam. The kids all had a great time. Before we left, my daughter was asking when we could come back. That means a lot coming from a kid who has never shown an interest before. The staff was great, even learning the kids names in the 90 minutes we were there. I've seen these kids three times a week since September and sadly, I only know the names of a couple of them. Up on the second floor, there is an area where you can watch the kids from above and a snack bar, which was not open during our visit.

There are courses built out all over the gym for the kids and they're different every week. They get especially creative around the holidays. They move around the gym to different stations with creative obstacle courses, like climbing along the rungs of a ladder and trying not to fall through the cracks into the swamp with the alligators or hopping over the witches hats on the balance beam! All this really keeps the kids engaged. The teachers are very patient as the little kids aren't usually following all of the directions and they keep the environment fun. Even when my son gets scared of new things, the instructors give the kids the space and support they need to get them motivated to participate. On top of making the classes super fun for the kids, Planet Gymnastics goes above and beyond and recognizes each kid periodically throughout the year with medals, giving them a sense of accomplishment and something to physically bring home for all of their hard work.

I'm really disappointed with how my daughter's party went at Pioneer Athletics. We had an amazing…read moreexperience in 2020 at her first birthday party here, so I was excited to come back. Also my daughters had attended classes for 4 years there. But this time, it was a whole different vibe. Chris was super helpful when we were setting up , but once the party started, Taylor took over and it was a complete flip . She was talking to the kids in a tone that was scolding. It felt like they were in trouble or something. It wasn't just the kids, she was short and rude with the grown ups too. I get it, safety first, but it's a birthday party, not boot camp! When we were trying to celebrate and have some fun, Taylor was stressing about everything and we were being treated like children. Even me, the person who paid for party was not allowed to touch pizza and cake without her basically blocking my access as if it was her very own personal pizza and cake. The worst part was when my daughter was sitting on her cousin's lap for the Happy Birthday song and Taylor scolded and embarrassed telling her to get off and sit down. My daughter looks so sad in all of her photos and videos in some pictures she's even visibly crying. What really bothered me was that we were paying customers, just like the VIP party that was coming next. We had paid for our time slot, and we were still within it. But despite that, the staff kept mentioning the upcoming VIP party, making us feel like we were being pushed out the door. Our business wasn't valued! I hope Pioneer Athletics takes this feedback seriously and works on making their parties more fun and less stressful. I want my daughter to have amazing memories of her birthday, not memories of a host yelling at her. This experience was a letdown, and it's unfortunate because there were 14 other kids at her party with their parents and they could have considered having their parties there or enrolling their children. However, they shared the same concerns as I did. Here are my suggestions: I think Pioneer Athletics should consider revising their party format to allow for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. With the current timeframe for obstacles , everything felt rushed the kids didn't get much time in the ninja portion and that was the whole point. The kids were just getting into the activities when it was time to wrap up, and it's clear the host were stressed about getting everything done on timez. If they could offer longer party slots or more flexible scheduling, I think it would make a huge difference. That way, everyone could enjoy the celebration without feeling like they're being herded through activities and out the door. It's definitely something to think about if they want to create a more positive and memorable experience for their party guests.
