Blake and Jim started the ball rolling taking down the previous structure and building the new sunroom. They were consistently here, explaining next steps, and answering my questions. A wonderful team! Next, Ill highlight Troy and Pat. Troy was thorough in building the stairs, adding the lattice, working on areas of my house that were unexpectedly impacted by the sunroom. We problem solved in the moment with several items. Pat was the interior painter and pine wood ceiling stained. Clearly he holds himself to high expectations and I really appreciated that about him. Chuck and Andrew were involved at different points along the project including some of the finishing work. The two of them could not have been more respectful (checking in with me frequently), professional, and talented in their work. I hope Im not missing anyone! The sunroom was installed less than three years ago. The first year there was extensive…read morecondensation; water accumulating on the floor. That has continued the last two winters. It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor. There are warranties, but they are only for a year and they don't seem to cover much. I would suggest being be very cautious with this company. James Black, Middleton, WI

In each instance, he has been very professional and quick to correct any issues that have arisin, even issues not related to him. Every landscape project will have issues (weather, product, site, home contractor, etc.), its how a landscape company deals with it that counts.
