In less than ten minutes the part that had broken was removed WITHOUT opening up the computer or needing to replace the internal part of the plug. They had a brand new power supply in stock, and after verifying the computer booted up and worked, only charged me for the power supply. I was so impressed with the gentleman who helped me.
