They cut the newly installed Spectrum coax as well as one of the buried drain spout lines, and would not even come out and mark the irrigation lines to assist with installing a new cable line. Terrible customer service, showed no concern over the cut line and refused to take any sort of responsibility. Definitely lost a customer for future maintenance or any hope of a recommendation
