In 2019 we contracted Clear Point Construction in Alexandria, MN to replace our roof and siding. The roof seems to be holding up well, however we've had several issues with our siding from waviness, warping and coming detached from our home. Clear Point has been out 7-8 times fixing the issues, but after 3 years it's getting a little concerning they don't know what they're doing when it comes to siding. They informed me via email yesterday they have no solution to resolve the warping issue and basically left it up to me to resolve. This is a big concern, as my old siding was 20 years old, with no issues what so ever. I need to point out the original siding we wanted to put on, which was recommend by one of the lumber yards in Alexandria, Clear Point wouldn't put on and suggested we go with their choice. It's clear, they pushed a cheaper low quality siding that's not holding up after 3 years. Whether it's a roof or siding, it still comes down to customer service and they're not delivering. This issue has been escalated to a 3rd party to resolve, which is sad I had to go to that extreme.
