Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

I hired Bauerle Roofing fall of '24 for a roof replacement. Key issues (not exhaustive):…read more Skylights (0 of 3 done correctly): Two skylights were replaced with oversized windows, requiring re-installation about a month later once incorrect skylights were identified by homeowner. The third skylight, estimated and billed for replacement, was not replaced at all, identified in third-party inspection. Roofing Issues (some): Inspections revealed a torn shingle, nail pops, improper gutter installation in one area (still allows for standing water despite follow-up "repair"), flashing gaps around a reinstalled skylight, lack of caulking on the chimney, etc. Chimney Work: The chimney repair was poorly constructed and not as described. Billing: The bathroom vents and skylight mounts were not included in the estimate but were billed for-- should have been anticipated. The insurance invoice contained incorrect figures and lacked itemization. Leak: Only months after installation, moisture was discovered in the attic. Bob Baulerle (owner) and crew dismissed it as only condensation. Monitoring and expert opinions revealed a leak, potentially from the area of a ridge vent (installed by Bauerle Roofing) within inches from a skylight. Repairs to be monitored. Communication: Bob is increasingly disrespectful and unprofessional. He shifts blame, reacts defensively, and is the victim. He makes the process painful, and his assessments and work cannot be trusted. We've incurred costs corroborating issues & spent HOURS of time for improper work to be redone. Caulk fixes won't last the roof's lifespan, and excessive traffic redoing work will not have been good for the shingles. The roof/work will have to be regularly monitored. A new roof is an expensive purchase! I had hoped for peace of mind and a job well done. Hiring Bauerle Roofing has been a fraught, miserable, & costly experience thus far.

Although the timeline for completion was longer than originally stated, I know the team was battling high winds and a missed delivery from the supplier which was out of their control. For my 4-bed single family house and detached garage, all the siding and soffit work took 4.5 days. During the course of the work, Shane and team looked out for imperfections that needed to be corrected which I chose to do for a small price. Their invoice system is through Intuit Quickbooks and is very user-friendly. I'm really happy with the new color on my house, thanks!
