Ray came out personally and took a look at everything, he told me it was just some settling damage due to no drainage which was common in older homes, he told me they could repair the damage and install gutters with spouts to fix the issue. The quote was pretty reasonable so we made a deal and they got started 2 days later. I'm satisfied with the work. They did the repairs, installed the gutters and painted what was repaired, they even went a little beyond and painted other areas out front so that everything looked uniform, I greatly appreciated that. I will be honest, they can be difficult to get ahold of because they are very busy. They work with insurance companies in town doing emergency calls for water damage and other remediation treatments. I tried to get Ray to come back out to look over a couple other projects for me but I never heard back from him after this project was finished, he was on a job walk and didn't get back to me or was out of office. I was considering giving 4 stars because of that but he handled things very well and put up with me I can't not give 5. I have anxiety and can be a handful to deal with when things are going wrong that I don't know enough about to fix myself. Ray was really patient with me the 2 times he came out and even walked the entire house with me and explained what the things I was panicking over were. It's nothing serious just minor cosmetic things I need to have fixed over time so I really appreciate him putting up with my panic and multiple text messages to address my concerns, Ray's a great guy and Spartan does great work.

From the initial visit, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to evaluate the entire system and made sure everything was working properly. A couple of weeks ago, as temperatures started warming up, I noticed a couple brown spots developing in the lawn. I gave Sunrise Sprinkler a call, and they quickly came back out to take another look. Not only did they make the necessary adjustments, but they also replaced a faulty rotor at no charge (I already had the replacement sprinkler). What really impressed me was their commitment to standing behind their work. It's one thing to provide good service the first time, but it's another to respond promptly and make things right without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I also appreciated that he used quality parts and didn't cut corners while still keeping the price very fair and reasonable for the amount of work that was done.
