Kathy has an amazing rolodex of contacts for getting things done like tree work, basement sealing and painting, and rubbish removal quickly and reasonably priced. Kathy prepared a thorough report on comparable properties and helped set a reasonable price for our property that had few comparables. She ran an open house and even unstopped a toilet after one of the viewers plugged it - I never thought that would be a seller's agent service! Kathy was there through the entire sale. I had moved, and was no longer able to be on site, and she handled all of the last minute issues before closing. My house sold quickly and at near asking price, which means that it was correctly priced and well represented. She earned her commission and I am ever grateful.

I called today to complain about the…read moredecline of this property over the past 5 years and one of the tenants visitors that likes to do 40 mph through our parking lot while kids are playing outside. Apparently their office manager or whoever the unprofessional twit was that I spoke to, lacked the mental capacity to handle the simplest of issues and hung up on me. If they don't start doing the very basic tasks of the company that they claim to be, after the holidays, I'm going to make a push to have them removed and find a new management company. Prior to this management company we had Pancione who was absolutely worthless., And merged with this company that is just as bad if not worse. This is a condo community. We don't rent WE ALL OWN HERE! YOU, DON'T. Which means the likelihood of me taking your shit is zero seeing as though we pay you to do a service. I've already spoke to most of residents here and they agree. just for context. Last time there was a Condo meeting they wanted Pancione out of here, but do most of the board being elderly there was never a push, though everybody agreed. most of us grew up in an era where if you don't do your job, you lose it. I've been here for 15 years and from what I've seen most Management companies do the bare minimum and look for reasons to raise our fees. Who are you to raise our fees when you don't own the property? This is a small property, easily manageable with my construction/maintenance background. Between me and one of the other owners with a similar background, along with the dozens of landscapers and contractors I know, we'll have no problem handling this property. It's real simple start doing your job or I'll make it my mission to have you removed from here and do it myself if need be. Seeing as though most of the management companies around here just wanna collect a check it would probably be worth our effort to crack them books open and see exactly what we're paying for, because I know plenty of people that wouldn't mind making some extra money and will do it at a fair cost. there's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back because you people can't just do the right thing. There's plenty of shit reviews here saying the same thing. Great reputation you guys for yourself. Speaks volumes.

I waited and then called Joel who said he was out of town and assured me after a friendly conversation that he would check the mail when he got back and let me know. Several days passed and he never called me to tell me if the check had arrived and so I called him and asked him if he had received my check for the security and he said no and assured me once again he'd look in his mailbox when he was back in town. So finally, today, 11/20 I called him AGAIN because I was worried, as I had not heard anything and still had not signed a lease, and when I asked him about my check he said that the check never arrived; I asked him how we ought to proceed and he told me that he had simply given the apt away without bothering to even inform me, after accepting my application weeks ago. Now it is a week and a half before I was set to move in on 12/1and I have to scramble to find a place. When I asked why he didn't call to tell me he had not received my check, he claimed he did not have my number which cannot be true since we had several calls already about the check and he could have easily called me back, not to mention that a rental application has my contact info, both phone and email and home address and work contact etc. He didn't even apologize! He did not do anything illegal, but it was certainly not what I would describe as honest. I would not rent anything from him or his company if I were you. Clearly, he found a tenant who was more appealing and just gave the apartment away. Talk about a lack of integrity! I have rented many apartments and never experienced anything as shady as this.

From horrible customer service to horrendous property maintenance practices. Their lawn workers blow grass and leaves all over our steps and sides of the house, as well as cut divots and ruts into the lawn because they insist on running riding mowers over soggy earth directly after and sometimes even during the rain. They once broke a drain pipe with a mower once (I watched it happen and called it in right away) then allowed water to accumulate and destroy our backyard for two weeks because they didn't believe me and refused to send someone out to look. Two weeks. Water right up to our house. Run away, don't walk from this company. I've kept every single email I've sent to them as well as their responses or more times than not, their lack of response, including the one where their employee informed me that my emails go in the trash and don't warrant a reply. That's a legal document he assured me he deletes and ignores. Years of shoddy work and bad business. Unfortunately, they have or had some tie in to our condo board of trustees because the management we had before was a thousand times better. Kendrick came in: prices went up, service went down. Stay as far away from them as you can.
