It was a little bit of a maze to get into actual entrance, but they did have signs clearly directing the way. Price was reasonable $ 10 for a regular wash and my car came out nice and clean. My only negative comment for this location is the giant pothole you have to dodge on the way out. It's directly in the path as you're rolling out in neutral.

He said it would be another 15 minutes before they would be open. I said it wasn't a very good way to run a business. He then told me to leave because he wasn't going to wash my car. When I asked if he was the owner, he said it was none of my f****** business. I asked again and was called a f****** f****t. As I drove away, I said " have a nice day, sunshine." I got "f*** you." These businesses need us customers to survive, and they treat us like this. I will NEVER go there again, and tell everybody I know how they treat potential customers.

Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. Traditional conveyor-style tunnel washes can be a hassle with a Tesla because you need to activate Car Wash Mode before driving onto the conveyor belt: 1. Put the Model 3 in Park. 2. On the touchscreen, select: Controls -- Service -- Car Wash Mode. 3. While keeping your foot on the brake, select Enable Free Roll. 4. Once Free Roll is engaged, release the brake. 5. And do these quickly while it's your turn! I've only used a traditional conveyor wash with my Tesla once, and that was enough. I struggled to get the car into Free Roll quickly enough, and the staff had to stop the conveyor until I did. That's why I prefer Fitzy's touchless wash. I simply park the car, and the equipment does the rest--no rushing, no stress, and no worries about getting into Free Roll at the right moment. The dryers could be a bit more effective, but Fitzy's provides towel stations so you can quickly dry any remaining water spots before leaving. I've also used Fitzy's traditional conveyor wash with other vehicles, and it works well. Overall, I can comfortably recommend both options, with the touchless wash being my first choice for Tesla owners.

I have only had two minor problems that were quickly remedied by the office staff. Minor issues. Normally I utilize this facility 3-5 days a week as I go by there each day. For the last two weeks the Marlboro facility has been having work done in the vacuum stations area. The old asphalt has been removed and replaced now. And are now in the process of installing 12 new modern vacuum stations. Which are currently not available right now, as more work is being done. The car wash tunnel has also had some upgrades too. They have removed and replaced the old car wash brushes and sprayers inside the wash itself. This new equipment is a welcome sight and provides a more intenese coating of soap and rinse spays. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.
