The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. Nice material samples. Decent price for the job. They sent an estiamte in email. I did not accept it or sign it, since it's a shared fence with my neighbor we need to discuss. I told them I will get back to them once we have an answer. Next thing I know I'm scheduled and getting an invoice. Based on this initial interaction would not recommend. Will update if my opinion changes.
