Now, my premium is coming due again. She raised my premium $159.00/yr. Again, no claims! It's been over 10 years since I've had any claim on my house. My mortgage has gone up because of her! AND, she is forcing upon me a reduction in coverage to boot! She says my roof is 80 years old. It's not. It was replaced in 1997 with a Aluma-Lock Roof Shingles. It's a LIFETIME roof. Here's the website, call and ask about them; https://www.aluminumlockroofing.com/ It looks good, it's very light, comes in multiple colors and stampings and lasts and lasts and lasts! There is no tar, there are no leaks. Marie Puckett is greedy plain and simple. She does this because as a homeowner the law says we have to have insurance. Finding a good insurance company is very difficult, ask people in Florida and California or other disaster zones. Many of these places are "uninsurable". Insurance companies have pulled an "Elvis" and left the building. So, with the loss of that revenue, people like Marie Puckett take advantage, and tack the cost on to us. Boycott this type of greed!
