I'm trying to help set you up for success. It seems like of all industries to care when someone wants to help you succeed, debt collection should be it. Given how many of these reviews focus on the lack of professionalism, I wish there was a way of knowing who hires them. I'd be for avoiding dealing with anyone who deals with BCS.
