Very slow response time I was replying to their ad for routine house Maintenence pricing. FYI this is the only interaction I have had with this business they have not done work for me. They communicated when their guy would be in my area and could stop by to look at the job and give a quote. Price was very reasonable. They not only came out and gave a quote, but said they could do it that same day! Way sooner than other places that gave quotes but wouldn't be available for a week or so. Some places wouldn't even do a job unless it was $2000 or more to make it worth their time, which my job was in the low $100s at best. They listened to my concern about another board that looked to have a portion rotted and they were able to include replacing the rotted part and not create additional seams between the boards--something I hadn't thought possible! Highlights are: good communication, great workmanship, timely service, friendly service. I definitely recommend this business!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with throughout the scheduling process and, when I had an issue with my first appointment, she listened to my concerns, stood behind the company's service, and made sure to send someone else to take care of the job. It really stood out to me how seriously she took my concerns and how committed she was to making things right. The specialist she sent out was Gilbert and he was fantastic. Gilbert was incredibly professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. He installed three ceiling fans and two faucets and completed the work far faster than I expected while still doing excellent, quality work. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman, and will be requesting Gilbert anytime I need some work done in my home. They were wonderful!

He was very pleasant. We didn't feel the least bit self conscious having him in the house, even when our dogs were being crazy. Second, he did a fantastic job on the sink and it was not simple. He replaced a 6 inch deep two basin sink with regular faucets with a new single basin 9 inches deep. He put a touchless faucet on there, and redid the pipes underneath to accommodate the old garbage disposal. All of this cost less than 2X what I had been quoted for the outside faucet replacement alone by my plumbing maintenance company.

First and foremost, he has excellent communication, which is huge for me. He was very responsive, explained everything, and promptly answered any questions. Before and during the job, he also kept me updated. I was considering another handyman for this gig but his replies were full of non sequiturs. It was a no brainer to go with Eric. On top of everything -- Eric does siding repair, which isn't widespread. Most (if not all) siding companies won't do repairs, only replacements. Even worse, I had a hard time finding all that many handymen that did this sort of work. Glad I found Eric. Ultimately, he did a great job replacing a siding panel (had some rotted wood around a defunct dryer vent). He found the closest match and did a thorough and careful job. Oh and last but not least, his prices are reasonable. Don't hesitate.
