They listened to my concern about another board that looked to have a portion rotted and they were able to include replacing the rotted part and not create additional seams between the boards--something I hadn't thought possible! He was very pleasant. We didn't feel the least bit self conscious having him in the house, even when our dogs were being crazy. Second, he did a fantastic job on the sink and it was not simple. He replaced a 6 inch deep two basin sink with regular faucets with a new single basin 9 inches deep. He put a touchless faucet on there, and redid the pipes underneath to accommodate the old garbage disposal. All of this cost less than 2X what I had been quoted for the outside faucet replacement alone by my plumbing maintenance company.
