Need a change in your mindset? An uplifting inspiring new way to thrive during Covid and beyond? Then, look no further, Rebecca is MORE than a trainer, she is a gifted healer who through her experience, training and teachings has a way of reaching into your heart and helping you (as she says) get back to GOOD. I discovered Rebecca at the Den in Studio City (prior to Covid) to continue practicing breathwork and her style of teaching and guiding was exactly what I needed. I then went on to train with her and was blown away by her warmth, insight, knowledge and kindness. Rebecca is the real deal. Gift yourself an experience with her and you won't look back. It changed me and I am 100% certain it will you. Thank you Rebecca. read more

As a business professional, leadership coach and beauty educator with over sixteen years of experience, Rebecca has truly blown me away with her LOVE for her work, PASSION for her clients, ZEST for life and her ability to inspire and guide others to success is TRULY OUTSTANDING! I have been following her on social media for a few months now and right away my impression was that she is down to earth, fun, loving, caring, smart and AUTHENTIC. From the moment I met her in person all of those impressions were spot on and so many more qualities I had the pleasure of experiencing over the weekend together. I took part in her Breathwork trainer course. It was something I felt called to, as I wanted to have new "tool" for my business that would help myself and clients find empowerment, healing, and clarity. She truly went above and beyond my expectations, giving all the students so much love, attention, sharing her expertise with grace and care. She gave us so many tools and extra add on's for her students to succeed. I enjoyed the balance of student discussions, to hands on exercises and most of all her positive energy. I cannot even began to capture the essence of her heart, you just want to be around her energy, she is truly inspiring. One line she said that stood out to me was that she "wasn't a healer" she is here to ignite the healer in all of us. It is so true, we can look to someone as a "messiah" or a "guru" who fixes us, yet she is a teacher, a leader who inspires and guides us on our own terms to success and healing. She is so humble and gentle, yet had this "badass" superwoman energy to her that you know she wont let you get away in class by holding back. She called me out a few times, in a kind way of course , but I knew I had to speak my truth in that moment. It was incredibly healing, empowering and I am so grateful that she encouraged me to speak up. I could go on and on about her, she has left such a magnificent impression on my heart, and I know she has done that for so many, and will continue to make a GLOBAL impact. The course has set me up for success, given me a renewed confidence and I cannot wait to share breathwork with my clients!!!!! Thank you Rebecca for creating the Breathwork teachers course and being the "light" you are! I see you speaking in huge auditoriums, writing books , and touching many lives in this world! Thank you for being such a beautiful gift to me and I cant wait for the next class with you!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!I highly recommend working with her!!!!!!!!!! read more

Rebecca has changed my life. That might be a large statement for only seeing her about an hour a week for the last month, but it's true. Her breathwork classes have allowed me to tap into the parts of me I often overlook, ignore and repress. As I continue on my healing journey, I could not imagine a better facilitator/guide. Upon leaving her first class, I told nearly everyone I know about my breathwork experience with Rebecca. To reach a person like me, it takes a skilled professional who hits that sweet-spot between directive and hands off. Simply put, Rebecca has it. To my friends that have never tried breathwork, I've begun to explain it as a cycling class without the bikes. The next day after attending breathwork, I feel ready to take on the world - personally and professionally. I've also seen huge gains at work in terms of being more present and efficient. read more

Try Breathwork with Rebecca and take your life to the next level! I was searching for a meditation/ breathing class during Covid when I found Rebecca and her Breath Zone and signed up for one of her zoom virtual classes. I was a newbie to Breathwork and my first experience was absolutely mind blowing! Guided by Rebecca, I was for an hour taken to an amazing journey of emotional release, a rollercoaster ride of intense feelings and emotions from childhood to adult life - joy, sadness, love, excitement, fear, pride, anger, all accompanied by tears but also smiles. I felt like my brain was (re)connecting to my heart! Words don't really do true justice to what I experienced! I felt uplifted after the session! I have since attended several Rebecca's virtual classes and each one has always been different and incredible. And if you wonder, as I did, how a class held over zoom turns out vs in-person? A great experience! I always feel the energy "in the room" and I also enjoy the coziness of being at home while I'm breathing live! A time period is also always provided after each session to allow participants to share their takeaways. I have already seen big shifts of energy and well-being in my life since I've started breathing with Rebecca! I also recently took one of her virtual Breathwork Teaching Training modules, which I highly recommend - whether you want to teach or just want, like me, to dive deeper and explore your inner landscape. It was a 3-day bubble filled with love and inspiration where sharing, feeling and holding space prevailed. The content of the course in itself was very instructive and engaging. The learning materials, the variety of interactive learning activities and exercises (mind, breathing...) and the participants interacting with one another made each day of the training interesting, fun and stimulating. This course took me to another level of inner work to help me create a better pattern to take care of mind, body and soul everyday. And there has never been a better time for it during Covid! Rebecca is so gifted! She has a true passion for her work which, to me, she masters to perfection with her insightful teaching, openness, and unique guidance that are magnified by a genuine humility. Her mission is to help students to be "the boss of their own happiness", as she says it well, and she does it well! Rebecca has the gift to speak straight to your heart and mind. She is so loving, caring, passionate, compassionate, wise, intelligent, knowledgeable, fun and badass as well, she is INSPIRING! She is a true gem! So grateful I found her! Try one of her classes and you'll understand! read more

I have been very interested in experiencing breathwork. I took some sessions online with various facilitators and I found the work so powerful. I wanted to add this offering to the work that I already do. I searched the web and came across all sorts of courses. The Breath Zone, Rebecca Kordecki, really stood out to me. Her confidence and her warmth drew me in. I am so grateful that I found her. The online facilitator training was so engaging! I wasn't sure how an online course would feel, for such an intimate program. It was perfect. I loved the course, Rebecca and the other participants. I felt completely prepared to go out in to the world and share this amazing work with others. I have facilitated a couple of sessions already and they were magic! Rebecca went above and beyond by adding lots of extra nuggets as the need arose. I can't wait to take her next module! read more

Rebecca is the LIGHT of all lightworkers! And if you want to change your life in a huge and impactful way, take her breathwork class. Although extra potent and powerful in person, Rebecca does a fantastic job of holding space and providing a supportive container for vulnerability in her zoom classes. Her sweet, humble and motivational approach is just what you'll need for the cathartic release that is waiting just on the other end of 60-70 minutes of breathing and listening to her voice and beautiful tunes. read more

I recently completed Rebecca's Breathwork Teacher Training and there are not enough good things I can say about it. Even though done over Zoom and not in person she was able to get us teacher trainees to have an amazing sense of connection. Not only did I finish the two training modules feeling confident in leading conscious circular breathing sessions, but also empowered with a lot of practical technical and marketing knowledge. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to teach or just for a deeper personal practice. read more

I completed my Breathwork Certification with Rebecca and it was the best decision I made. I experienced Breathwork for the first time earlier this year and the experience was so powerful that I knew I wanted to learn more and be able to teach it to others. While looking at different programs, I found Rebecca and immediately was able to relate to her. She is approachable, kind and authentic. She's warm and loving without being 'woo-woo' which really appealed to me. At the end of the 2 modules, I felt that I had the knowledge to teach both the science and the techniques in a breathwork class. I signed up for her extended TBZ pod group which really helped me discover my own voice and gain the confidence I need to build my teaching business. I highly recommend Rebecca for anyone wanting to teach or to deepen their own practice. read more

Breathwork with Rebecca Kordecki has literally changed my life! I'm a wellness professional and a junkie for all things holistic health -- I've tried it all, psychotherapy of various forms, hypnosis, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, yoga and various meditation and spiritual practices. Nothing for me has been as transformative as breathwork. I'm a Type-A personality who is always on-the-go, has a million ideas and is always planning the future. This has been a blessing and a curse for me (as many can probably relate to.) Other forms of meditation (as awesome as they are) have always felt like a struggle for me to sit still, watch passing thoughts and reground with the anchor. Transformational Breathwork is different -- it's an active circular breath that I feels goes WITH instead of AGAINST my natural tendencies of being a "doer." Self-care for me has often felt like a drag or something I "should do," whereas breathwork is something I honestly look forward to. Other forms of meditation can be hit or miss for me, depending on my mindset going in. Breathwork has never left me disappointed. It breaks through walls that normally takes me years of therapy to get through. It holds me accountable to my intentions. It frees me of anxiety and hopelessness. It connects me to something greater than myself. It just feels good. I've committed to doing breathwork once to twice a week with Rebecca and have seen major shifts in my life -- I've been able to face fears, release old traumas, feel deeply, challenge scarcity mindset and show up in my relationships more vulnerably, yet stronger than ever before. I've been doing this consistently for a few months now and towards the end of my breathing sessions with Rebecca I feel as though I'm held by Jesus, God, Spirit, The Universe, whatever you call it...and that I have nothing to worry about now or ever. I'm 100% supported and guided. Rebecca makes you feel cared for, yet kicked in the butt at the same time. She has such a big heart and you see it and feel it with every interaction in her sessions. You can tell that this truly is her life's calling and thank goodness. I'm so grateful to have found Rebecca and to claim to be her #1 fan. Because of her class I'm now seeking out studio space to start teaching this amazing modality to others because it's too good to keep to myself. Keeping doing you, Rebecca! read more

I stumbled upon a breathwork class months ago. I had a difficult time with it due to pain. My ribs/upper back has been out of whack since I had a mastectomy with reconstructive surgery over 10 years ago. Chiropractors could correct it but it would always slip back out soon after my appointment. Rebecca was such an amazing coach. Without even knowing what I was going through, her positive attitude and heartfelt motivation encouraged me to keep trying and not give up. Each class I took with her gave me the energy and drive to push myself a bit harder. It was a few weeks ago that I realized the pain was gone! I could take deeper breaths than I had been able to take in 10 years. All of a sudden I was reaping the full benefits of Rebecca's breathwork class. I've since told Rebecca what breathwork has done for me and I've gotten to know a little bit more about her. She is truly an amazing individual. That rare gem that makes you proud to say you know her that you can count on her. Rebecca's class is the one I never want to miss. Anyone that comes to visit or that I can get to listen to me I bring along so they too can experience her energy. I feel so blessed to have access to her. I've even made friends with others just based on our mutual love for Rebecca. Rebecca is that well-kept LA secret that you want to shout out to the world but once you find her, you won't ever let her go. read more

I did my certification with Rebecca and it was the best decision I could make!!! She is AMAZING!! She is beyond loving, caring and inspirational... she truly went above and beyond anything I could have imagined or expected. I have taken so many courses and classes and I have never felt so genuinely supported by a teacher before. When you're in her presence (in person or on zoom) you just know that she truly cares about you and that teaching isn't about money. It is truly her passion and purpose to inspire and uplift. This course is just so much more than a breathwork certification...you get all the knowledge and the how-to's BUT then you get all the other spiritual/inspirational/powerful gifts that come along with Rebecca. It was way beyond what I expected and it was a deep dive into my life. I left with clarity, direction AND a new purpose in life!!! I could not recommend her more. read more

I did my first session yesterday and truly didn't expect more than a relaxing deep breathing session ... I was totally surprised to find myself on a breathwork journey that took me to some beautiful places. What a memorable experience! read more

It's hard to find the exact words to describe how much Rebecca and her Breathwork classes and trainings have impacted my life but I will do my best. Let me first start by saying that this isn't the type of work or "service" that can be summed up in a few tight and quippy sentiments. This modality of breathwork meditation is such a personal and individual practic. The experience one has is a direct reflection of what one can receive by their own inner intelligence by breathing. I personally found out about Breathwork last year during a deep and deliberate dive into my own self love practice. I was trying anything and everything in the metaphysical / meditation/ healing and expansion realm to help open me up and show me my most authentic life's purpose. My first experience was mind blowing. I had never encountered a modality where I noticed changes in the first moment of practicing. I tapped into a deep part of my brain that connected me directly to my heart. I didn't have to take a drug or sit in therapy talking for years and years until I had a breakthrough. Pictures and experiences of what I needed to process from my past, present and future all presented themselves on a subconscious dinner platter and I was able to release and process everything that I needed to in that moment, just by breathing. From that point forward I knew this modality was for me and began my quest to learn everything I could about it. I attended several different breathwork workshops and classes with teachers all around the LA area. I I knew I wanted to gift others with this modality and experienced a spirit call to learn how to become a teacher and facilitator myself. I began my search for a mentor and teacher. It was in this span of a few weeks of this realization when I signed up for Rebecca's breathwork class at the den. Her class was everythign I had been searching for. Everything she talked about and the way she guided us was so on point to everything I was feeling and believing. I got so excited during the class that it took that my breathwork experience to a whole new level. A rush of ecstatic alignment made me shed tears of joy and vibrate all over. It was like I found a long lost family member who I had been searching for my entire life. After class I hugged Rebecca and told her that she was my "spirit animal". Which, thankfully got a big laugh! I asked her where she received her teachings from and who can I call to sign up. She mentioned she was putting together her first teacher training. JACKPOT!!! After attending several more breathwork classes of Rebecca's (each one different and incredible) I signed up for her first module 1 teacher training. Rebecca made it SO affordable and accessible which is a HUGE plus. It was held in a MAGICAL YURT in Sherman Oaks... Rebecca also holds a breathwork class here twice a month and EVERYONE needs to try it. The location is something to behold and the energy is OFF the charts. Cut to our weekend. Eight souls stepped into the yurt to begin learning how to provide 1 x1 breathwork services and SO MUCH MORE. Rebecca had gifted us wit bound curriculum books, personalized eye masks, bracelets, branded notebooks, pens, glass water bottles and palo santo as our take home gifts. I mean COME ON!!! Who does this??? Rebecca gives ALL her herself. She is 100% authentic in every single thing she says and does. Her openness and vulnerability, is to me, the only way you can give this gift of breathwork it's true justice. She does not hold back. All 8 of us came as strangers and left as family. We processed more together in the span of 20 hours that many wouldn't get to in a lifetime. We learned not only so much about holding space for breathers but also how to hone in our own personal healing superpowers, to make each session and practice our own. We learned some wildly heart opening and bonding exercises that shifted out energy into a huge, expanding portal of love and pure emotion. People spend their lives searching for deep connection to others but we let societal pressures and everything else cloud and distract us, ultimately causing more separation. We end up with feelings of deep loss, anxiety and disconnection. When I reflect on the feelings I left with after my weekend learning in the yurt my entire body feels warm and my soul feels nurtured. Pure magic occurred there. Each and every one of us felt it. We have our open hearts to thank for that but MOSTLY we have Rebecca for opening this door and giving us the space and the walkway to encounter these gifts. Rebecca has walked a TRUE path and shares her truth with everyone she works with. She is one in a TRILLION. read more

Wow!! This was an amazing & much needed breathwork experience. Full disclosure, I just experienced the loss of a loved one and this definitely helped with the process of remembering to be grateful. Grateful not in spite of his death, but that he's no longer suffering. And remembering that he wouldn't want me to be sad. But to live life to the fullest and loving myself wholeheartedly. I truly thank you for your energy, your words, & your true desire to help those who take your class. I appreciate your realness, too! God Bless! read more

Highly recommended! Rebecca's Breathwork class is a life changer! She is fantastic at helping her clients release and purge thoughts and patterns that no longer serve them. I feel SO blessed and fortunate to have been introduced to Rebecca. Her strength and ability to touch the souls of those in need is a rare and beautiful gift. I've tried several methods to ground my thoughts / let go of past hurt, and Rebecca's approach is by far the most effective for both short term & long term healing. read more

My first experience with breathwork was with Rebecca at the Church in Ocean Park & I can't wait to go back again! I didn't know what to expect but it was amazing. I bawled my eyes out and could feel years of tension & stress leaving my body. My boyfriend (a psychotherapist) said it felt like 2 years worth of therapy in an hour. For couples or even friends, I would consider not laying out your yoga mats next to each other. At least for me, I was much more able to concentrate on myself & not feel self-conscious with only strangers around me. read more

Rebecca is amazing. She blew me away with her passion and courage, and helped me to heal and grow!

I left LA 8 months ago and I can honestly say Rebecca's breathwork class is one of the things I miss most. I went to 5-6 classes, and every one was a transcendental experience. I highly recommend her class to anyone who wishes to reach deep inside themselves and process unconscious and/or repressed 'stuff' that might be going on. Just be prepared that it can get intense. But I always left with feelings of overflowing positivity, compassion, and lovingkindness. Rebecca is a loving, caring soul who does everything in her power to make sure every person is class is having a good experience. I can't recommend her Breathwork class enough. read more

I randomly found Rebecca K on line while desperately searching for someone to help me turn my life around. I was fatter than ever, peri menopausal, angry and pretty hopeless. She agreed to take me on as a client despite my repeated attempts to scare her off. Upon meeting her, I was totally annoyed as she wasn't interested in my usual manipulative chit chat she was solely focused on kicking my butt and getting me to move my body again. In a matter of months I was stronger, I had more energy than I'd had in years and my hopelessness started to fade. Her relentless workouts and her incredibly moving breathwork classes combined helped transform me from someone who didn't care if they woke up in the morning into a woman who was excited to live. read more

Miss Rebecca. I don't have the words in my vocabulary to describe the life changing experience I encountered with you and your Breathwork class. It truly was life altering for the better. It is eye opening when something so simple and mundane as breathing, which we take for granted, is exposed for its actual importance. Your energy and soul is opened up and I won't go back to being that guy anymore. Thank you, thank you and thank you so much for simply being you. I wish I could express exactly how I felt upon taking your class but it truly is something that you have to experience for yourself to ultimately understand its effect on your mind, body and soul. I love this experience and I can now say that it has changed my life and that of the people I care about the most. I wish you health, peace, joy, happiness and lots and lots of love. Oh and a breath of fresh air. Godspeed and God Bless. With Love, Alejandro Reyes read more

Rebecca is amazingly inspiring and knowledgeable. Breathwork is what we all need now, and there's none better.

Working with Rebecca has truly transformed me. I have been working out all my life with some of the best trainers in the country. When I first started training with Rebecca, I noticed my body totally changed in a very short time. It was awesome! I felt like I had the lean, toned, fit body like a 20-year old! More importantly, my energy level changed dramatically, my focus was spot on & I was having so much fun! Rebecca has awesome playlists! Working out to Rebecca's music is like dancing in the streets. She focuses on everyone as if she were just with you. She is so fine tuned & doesn't miss a beat. No pun intended! After each class I really feel like all my muscle groups were hit & I feel so much better at the end of each workout. Rebecca's motivation, precision, enthusiasm, vision, dedication, investment & commitment to everyone has not only transformed me, it is contagious to my daily wellness; emotionally, physically & mentally. Every day with Rebecca is prime! She gives 100% of pure love in everything she does and, believe me, you truly feel it in so many ways. This past year was quite trying for me. Meeting & working with Rebecca changed my life in every way. She introduced me to Breath work. Wow! What a meaningful gift. Thru this work, so lovingly guided by her, I was able to release & feel so many emotions. Rebecca's Breathwork is beyond a doubt the most medicinal RX I have ever taken. I come away after each session feeling so relaxed, balanced, happy, wholesome & in check. Every session brings something new but always positive & meaningful. What can I say: knowing & working with Rebecca has meant so much to me. She has instilled & rekindled my motivation, hope, enthusiasm, energy, focus, determination, commitment, meaning, belief, confidence & love of myself. Her passion, energy, positivity, knowledge, encouragement, experience, commitment & love for what she does, is an absolute must for anyone & everyone. She is absolutely contagious! We all deserve this gift that Rebecca so lovingly gives & shares. Invest in yourself. Treat yourself to one hour with Rebecca. It will be the most beneficial, rewarding thing you ever do for yourself. I promise! I feel so blessed & honored to have Rebecca in my life. She has been my guiding light. She is so supportive , healing & encouraging. I trust her completely to push me deeper on all levels. The payoff is indescribably rewarding! The only negative is that I didn't meet her sooner. You know what they say, everything happens for a reason & usually for the best! It was meant to be for me to meet Rebecca & do this life changing work. I can't wait to do a get away workshop with her. I know it will be an even more transformational experience on all levels. Give & get the gift of Rebecca Kordecki. She is awesome! read more

I first took Rebeccas breathwork class by randomly signing up for a class at the den one evening fall of 2019 not knowing that it would be so powerful and life shifting. I liked it so much I took it again a few days later. During Covid I took some of her online zoom classes which were amazing and necessary as well. I looked further into it and just took a teacher training course, which was nothing short of AMAZING. Thank you Rebecca for being you, for sharing your gifts with this world, for being vulnerable and for allowing others to as well, for sharing your little nuggets of advice and life experience, for holding space, for encouraging the releasing and healing process and for introducing me to a practice which entails something so simple as my own breath, yet so poweful. I'm very grateful for all I learned during your course. I'm grateful I walked into your class last year. read more

Let me tell you about the all amazing essence of Rebecca and her breathwork teacher training and BW classes: let me preface this by saying that our first day of class I was in actual hysterics sobbing over Zoom, and shortly thereafter, had to carry my dog over the rainbow bridge. Rebecca and the other 9 angels in my group were a support group, grief counselors, sisters, brother, and friends. I was able to find some sense of peace over my tragedy that I just experienced. The teacher training itself is priceless. I learned an immense amount not only about breath work and how to be an effective teacher, but about my own passion, purpose, and why. I learned business and marketing skills and how to implement them to begin, AND Rebecca held all of us accountable by giving us 30 days to DO SOMETHING towards teaching our first session. Another thing I gained was the deep connection between all of us, and I still speak regularly to people in my class. We are indeed, a soul family, and I can't WAIT to see how we change this damaged world with the power of breath, compassion, and love. read more

Rebecca is truly the best at what she does! Her passion for her work shows through every time. My first class with her was on March 5th and it was so powerful that I have been going consistently every week since then. I genuinely can't imagine my week without her class! It has become part of my routine and I look forward to attending every week. Her work is truly powerful and life changing! I've done other breathwork classes but they don't compare. Her passion and dedication shines through and I am beyond grateful that I am able to work with her on a weekly basis! She is truly the best! read more

I was first introduced to breathwork a year ago when taking one of Rebecca's classes. Since then my life has changed for the better! Who needs therapy when you can breathe with Rebecca? I've encountered tremendous shifts for which I'm extremely grateful. In addition to releasing an excessive amount of grief and trauma, I'm happier, more patient and simply the best version of me. I've taken other breathwork classes and none compare to my experience with Rebecca. She's a compassionate leader and passionate about what she does. Her motivational messages and play lists are always spot on as if they were created just for me and what I need at that moment. Rebecca has a tremendous gift and is a powerful facilitator. I've become quite the groupie and look forward to continued growth via her guidance. read more

I got to experience Rebecca's amazing guidance through some powerful breathwork at a small church in Santa Monica recently. I had only tried this specific kind of breathwork once before so wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up sobbing, but in a really good way. Rebecca helped me release some heavy baggage that I had been unconsciously dragging around for way too long. I went right to bed after the session and I've never slept better. Rebecca is a compassionate and powerful facilitator. I'll be back! read more

When I went to my very first breathwork class, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I could never have imagined that it would be such an incredibly healing, transformative experience for me, and I couldn't imagine being in a class that was led by anyone other than Rebecca. Her genuine passion for this practice combined with her warmth and presence makes her an absolute force. Her class is something I look forward to each week and I credit this phenomenal lady with helping me to heal in this wonderfully healthy way. The past year has been very challenging for me personally and I have found that breathwork has allowed me to release painful emotions and experiences more than anything else I have tried. I had no idea that it would be so incredibly powerful, but I leave each session feeling as though a giant weight has lifted off my chest and I feel much more grounded in the days that follow, with an ability to manage my anxiety and process any pain that arises. One thing of many that I love about breathwork is that you don't have to dig through your wounds and traumas in order to heal. You simply follow Rebecca's guidance, focus on your breath and the emotional shift comes naturally- almost subsconciously, as though you are encouraging your body to heal in its most organic way, without forcing it. I never expect or anticipate the release, but it always happens as a result of this wonderful work and I feel so much more alive afterwards, with a stronger connection to my sense of self and a renewed feeling of empowerment. I can't thank Rebecca enough for all of the ways in which her work has impacted my life and I look forward to the growth I will continue to experience through her teachings. read more

I did not have many experiences with Breathwork, but I already knew of the impact it had, and I felt called to explore it deeper by doing the teacher training. After doing some research online, I found Rebecca Kordecki from The Breath Zone, and it felt right to go with her; she seemed real, honest, inspiring, and the testimonials I found, along with my gut feeling, reinforced that I was going to be safe. The training was held online, which allowed me to take it even though I was in a different city. I have done multiple training for other modalities (in-person and online), and the Breathwork training with Rebecca did not disappoint. It was very meaningful for me that it was not only a training about a technique or how to lead other people through Breathwork, but it also allowed me to be vulnerable and face things from within that were holding me back, as well as being more aware of the responsibility of self-care in order to be good facilitators. I am very happy with this training, and Rebecca went above and beyond to share her knowledge and give everything from herself to make the best of this training. read more

I tried traditional talk therapy for many years, but there was really no changes happening in my life. On the contrary things got worst, because I was so emotionally shut down. I knew if I didn't try something I wasn't going to make it. So, thankfully I started taking RKBreathwork classes, and also doing private life coaching sessions with her. Her classes are not just you lying there and breathing through loud music, and her speaking over it. Through her very unique technique she pushes her classes to find that deep down inside soul searching that so needs to be released or in my case just found. Whether it be through a laugh, or a very intense cry. She makes you feel safe enough to trust that through her loud, but gentle words you will experience a shift in your life without shame or fear of being judged. I have been taking her classes for a few months now, and working privately with her. I can actually say that I am feeling again, and actually crying tears. Tears that were so deeply imbedded in me that when they started to flow in her class I thought WTH is happening to me. I was not a crier, but here I am lying down breathing with strangers, and crying. Wow, those are my tears, and as they flow down the side of my face I feel an emotional release like no other. I am truly grateful for RKBreathwork classes, and letting go of the fear of the unknown, and instead breathing myself out of this deep dark hole I was in. Now, I use some of the tools I have been given by Rebecca Kordecki. It could be just taking a walk on the beach, and allowing myself to feel that I am good enough to be here on this universe no matter what.... If you have never tried a breathwork class, I suggest you try RKBreathwork. This class will truly open your heart, and help you find that much needed breakthrough!! read more

3x I've gone back to the DEN for Rebecca's breathwork class and each time is just as good as the last. Rebecca's intro to the technique and coaching throughout the session is what makes her special as an instructor. Often it's hard to "drop into" the process to get the full benefit, especially if the instructor doesn't facilitate it well. They can also be too 'woo woo-y'. But Rebecca does it right. I recommend her to friends who are skeptical of the process. Her words are inspiring, motivating me to push through to the very end. Her playlists are curated to enhance the process, both the lyrics and melodies take you to another level. Dedicated to the process and "doing the work" herself, she understands the power and conveys that to her students perfectly. She is full of energy, encouraging, uplifting, and most students inevitably give her a big "thank you" hug upon leaving. I wish the session could be longer! read more
