It is hard to tell in this pic but there are several water streaks throughout car.
Lidia R.

I was looking forward to a good detailing but a good detailing I did not get. They say you get what you pay for, in this case, I feel I over paid for the quality of work the detailer delivered. $100 for a full detail is not bad especially if it includes the seats, but after paying this amount I expect the windows to be touched and the "wax" be polished into the car. I wanted to post pics of the windshield full of streaks but I couldn't capture the streaks with my phone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

My wife and I decided to get our car wash at Las Vegas Hand Car Wash...they offer both inside and…read moreoutside options. We chose outside only. They did an amazing job and the price was reasonable too! Please consider Las Vegas Hand Car Wash next time you need a great detailed wash. They are very detailed and thorough when cleaning your car…read more I got here at 8:30 am, and I was third in line. For my light SUV, they charged $40 for inside and outside. I do wish they had some kind of sign with their prices somewhere. I looked all over and walked around the gas station while waiting to look for one but didn't see one. The only sign I saw was an early bird special on weekdays, 7 AM - 9 AM which price starts at $12.99, facing the corner street. I do feel bad because there's only one lady hand-washing all the vehicles as you just sit in your car and awkwardly watch her wash your car. She cleans everything and uses sprays for bugs on the front of your car and a step stool to get your roof. After she washes your car, she'll have you drive forward after she turns on the air drying machine, wipes your car down a little bit, and moves you to a spot outside. After that, you can either wait in your car with the AC on or wait outside in some shade. I looked back, and there was a line of 7 cars waiting to get their car washed, so they do get busy. I was waiting for them to work on my car, so I went inside to the gas station and got a drink. They do need your car keys when you step out and wait for them to dry/vacuum your car. After a while, they got to my car; they are very detailed on drying and cleaning the car. They take your all-weather floor mats and spray them down with water. Vacuum the whole interior, including the trunk and under the mats. Clean the interior, seats, dash, windows, re-spray the outside with a chemical to remove water stains, roof, and clean your rims. After they're done, one of the employees will raise his hand near your vehicle to let you know it's ready. They accept either cash or card. I asked which they prefer, and he said it doesn't matter. So I paid with a card but gave a cash tip. All in all, it did take about an hour for my car to be cleaned. So if you're in a hurry might want to look elsewhere. I left their parking lot at 9:30 am.

Felipe provides excellent customer service! I'll keep returning just to see his smiling face and…read moregreat attitude. The car wash is really good also. I like to get the silver package and their work is always top notch.

This is an update response to the business owner…read more Your "investigation" which you conducted at your own business finding everything I experienced to be untrue and everything your workers said to be true is unfortunate. It tells me that you believe it's better to call me a liar than to simply look for ways to improve your customer experience. Your manager including the attendant who handles payment, Felipe told me there was a $37 charge to buff my car. No one offered it at a discount or for free. No one was polite in their exchange of information. The dents were not present after the silver wash when all the "dirt and dust" was washed off my 9 month old car, but they were present after your manager buffed it. Your manager did refuse my tip, and he did ask me to leave. As you were not there on site personally, taking the word of people under your employment as fact is comical, and you should consider in the future that instead of calling your customers liars, you might do more to preserve your reputation and customer retention with compassion than with vague insults. Additionally, how dare you attempt to make this a "racial" issue. Your workers are hispanic. They speak Spanish. I speak Spanish. I am white. These are facts, not opinion. Stating them is not "inciting racial tension". It's irresponsible of you to even imply that. They made comments of an unpleasant nature in Spanish, about me and about my mother, in front of me, under the assumption that I wouldn't understand them. Stating this fact is not a racial issue. Please be mindful not to make further comments about me of a defamatory nature.
