Do not give this man your business. He is not professional and did not do what he said was included in the $250 detail but instead says he's doing extra things I did not ask for (like removing the middle console) for "free" so that he can get a review. We discussed everything that's included in the detail over the phone and he for sure said removing the seats was a part of the $250. Anything extra, I did not ask for. I brought my car in at 11am and he told me my car would be ready by 5pm. He then proceeded to extend the time to 6p and then to 7p and then to 8p. At 8p, I arrived where he then told me to wait 30 more minutes. When I finally was able to look inside my car, the carpets were still soaked, there were crumbs underneath my seats, my doors were still dirty and my middle console, which was taped together before I arrived, was untaped and detached because he said it was "bothering me lol". His exact words through text. Professionalism was nowhere to be found the entire time. I had to ask him for several of my belongings back because he forgot to give them to me. Then he tells me if there is anything that needs to be touched up to let him know because we were looking at the car at night. After leaving, I realize that he didn't give me back my usb cord, which he did send me $10 for through cashapp. But again, unprofessional. I went to the gas station right after leaving Dunk'd to use a vacuum because the floors were so wet. While vacuuming the water, I notice a bunch of crumbs under my seat that I was easily able to get up. The next day comes and I am able to see his negligence in broad day light. I then send him photos and ask when I can come back and have him finish. He immediately gets defensive and starts mentioning how he took the seats out and the middle console out "for free" even though we discussed on the phone that $250 includes these services. We go back and fourth through text and when he actually realizes how unreasonable he's being, he says he's embarrassed and we agree on a day and time. A few days later, he sends me a photo of positive COVID-19 test results saying that it causes confusion and that he apologizes and we reschedule for a later date where he would be feeling like himself again. I then thought about how I wouldn't want to put myself in a position to be exposed to the virus especially since when he worked on my car and was unaware that he had it, he did not wear a mask and for other obvious reasons. I was then sent him a text asking him for a refund instead due to this. He responds, and I quote, "Well wouldn't that be nice lol". When my boyfriend talked to him on the phone, he said that if we posted this review, he will label it as slander. Called him a little kid and told him to "pull up". Would rather text than talk on the phone like adults but okay. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I'll be seeing him in court. read more
