I ordered some brick facings from them and have had nothing but compliments from those who have seen the installation on my kitchen wall. Often, the reaction is, "Wow, what a great wall", and then amazement when I tell them about the company, and how conscientious they are. Not only are the products wonderful , but these people keep every promise they make. (Don't you wish life was always like that?) The designs of their tiles are simply striking and it is a rarity that you can combine real craftsmanship with superior customer service and superb value, which is the story here. I highly recommend Inglenook tiles, and can say that they brought my dream kitchen to life, and resorted my faith in the existence of the concept of doing good business, with good people. They make beautiful tiles, but just as importantly, offer an opportunity for a great experience because you feel so happy that you called them. Now that is rare.

The entire process was exceptional. Phil quickly came onsite, showed us a color match that helped us navigate through our HOA requirements, and quickly put together an estimate. The crew did an outstanding job on the installation and finished ahead of the time we thought it would take to complete the work. Luke did an outstanding job managing the work, communicating and ensuring the work was performed to the highest standard and to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the look of the house, the quality of the siding product, and the workmanship of Smucker and Sons. We would highly recommend Smucker and Sons and would most definitely use the firm again for other work.

The customer service was from the past, like the golden era of the 50's, when companies actually cared about their clients. I would have a hard time expressing in a few short paragraphs how AMAZING the customer service was. We LOVED the finished product and the polite, kind and knowledgeable individuals they sent to do the work. Extremely easy going, hardworking and well spoken gentlemen. We felt extremely comfortable with these people in our home and actually became very good friends with several of them. They did extensive remodeling for us. Two entire floors of vinyl and carpeting as well as two major bathroom remodels. The attention to detail and follow-up were seriously like customer service we had become NOT accustomed to in todays day and age. WE HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, we have already referred several friends and family members. In a world of fly by night construction and flooring companies this one stands WELL ABOVE any of the others we have dealt with. Seriously we interviewed at least eight companies. Thank goodness we chose Alweins! Just fabulous!

We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. I would highly recommend them for your next project.
